Being knowledgeable about what you sell would help. Having to pull information out of a salesperson doesn't work for me. Went to Metro PCS across the street and they were on point and got a sale from us today.

Absolutely THE WORST cricket store I have ever been in! She told me to do everything on my app, and had another customer at the counter trying to switch her phone over and refused to help her told her to figure it out! For this I've been a customer for 5 years and have paid over $600 alone for insurance on my family's phones. She wasn't there at 9 like she was supposed to be to open so when I got there it was closer to 10 and she was finally there. Convinced me to take all my business over to MetroPCS up the road and talked to Willie who is switching me over and giving me a great deal!SO THANKS CRICKET FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE.If you want quality service and customer care go to MetroPCS ?

Answering the phone with a Hello! Wasn't sure if I called a business or home was very confused in the beginning I had to ask if this is cricket and got a yes. I hope they do better

It’s 2 days prior to Christmas and you have one employee here in this store. Not fair to her or us the customers. I walked in ready to buy to new iPhones, 2 cases, and tempered glass…. Put all away as your lack of service provided me time to go to Amazon!$1000.00 loss

Young girl inside has absolutely no clue about phones or phone service. When in to upgrade my phone she only showed me phones that were downgrades. We asked her what operating system some of the phones were running on and because it didn't tell her on the front screen she didn't know LOL

Fernando was super helpful and friendly as well as patient. He also was great at multi-tasking. He was able to help us and at the same time help 2 other customers successfuly with a great attitude. This was all within 30 minutes of closing time.
