If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I've tried over a year to cancel my maintenance drugs because I went thru mail order with my new insurance. I have talked to the pharmacist FOUR TIMES to cancel, but NO, they still continue to text me. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I got kicked out of the store for using their public restroom. could t even buy anything. They blocked it off to be jerks or lazy, who knows. I really had to use it and couldn't wait.

Kept me hanging for two days for a prescription. I get a text the first day saying my script is being ordered. Would much rather the text give me an approx time. I got a damaged eye and am in dire need of this steroid. Now I’m driving 20 mins out to wait an hour for this……and this is on bidens gas prices too

Almost killed me!!! I was giving a new medication for depression and anxiety and they didn't check my other meds . I have type 2 diabetes taking meds to lower blood sugar the new medication as a side affects also lowers blood sugar significantly I was never told to stop taking the type 2 medicine . blood sugar drop to 60 . Not happy about it at all!!!

I needed to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy so I went to the drive-through window but I was late picking up my prescription because I was out of town. That was no problem for the lady at the drive-through window her service was outstanding she told me just to give them 10 to 15 minutes and they would get it filled. In five minutes I got a text that my prescription was ready. I went back through the drive-through, and she helped me out again, very professional and courteous service. This is why I come to the CVS because of the great service.

They are much better than they used to be with overall pharmacy customer service. Even though I don’t go for items other than RX’s often they do offer plenty of sales & discounts on non pharma items.

Since switching from Walgreens to CVS over a year ago, I must say savings, customer service, fast check outs is a big part of the constant 5 star review. I love their savings programs Care Pass and Rewards. And this store as with most locations is clean, well stocked, and has wonderful help just like other CVS'S.

I went in to drop off 2 packages for UPS pick up. I'm new small business that needs to be able to ship products. Jennifer(supposedly she's the Mgr, which I cannot believe, what a horrific choice!) got very snotty and told me she'll need to "see if she can make room", then rudely asked me if I want her to. I, of course, said yes. She then acted like it was such an inconvenience and that she couldn't make enough room for BOTH of my packages... I could clearly see there was plenty of room on the shelves, then I questioned why she was being so confrontational unnecessarily. She said she would accept 1, but I'd need to drive to the UPS store to drop the other package off. I asked why she can't place them on the floor (even though the shelf had plenty of room) which they've done before for us, and she told me she couldn't because it would be in front of the fire extinguisher, yet there was a basket sitting on the floor in front of it already. She then told me again, she'd only take 1, after I pointed out again there was plenty of room, she said she needs to leave room in case anyone ELSE needs to drop off packages... I told her so you're telling me I can't drop both because someone ELSE might need to drop, when I'm here to ship 2.5 hours before UPS picks up? I just walked out and she yelled at me through the store that I can't leave my packages, then as I was leaving I saw her put both of my packages out on the TRASH CAN AND LEAVE THEM!! I called Corporate and filed a formal complaint, then went back to the store to ensure no one stole my packages. I went inside to confront her again, and now there was another Mgr that works BELOW Jennifer?! He was able to speak to Corp and me with RESPECT, took my packages, scanned them, without any issue. His name is Lee and in my opinion, HE should be the Mgr, not some snot nosed brat that doesn't know how to provide customer service and walks around with a chip on her shoulder. I called the police to report her for theft of my items, as I left them in their care and she put them on the trash. She needs to be fired immediately for her behavior. With my new small business needing to ship products out, I can't go through that everytime I need to ship something. I will also be making sure UPS is made aware of her actions. I was tempted to sit and watch my products get stolen, then sue her personally. These products were valued at over $600, I'm quite sure CVS doesn't want to be held responsible for her crappy service or attitude... She needs to be FIRED! IF I experience any loss from this situation, or in the future, I will go after both her personally & CVS...

This pharmacy is the worst They fill prescriptions when they feel like it and over charge unless you call them out on it & the kid with the headphones on is nothing but a RUDE little b!+{# been waiting 2 weeks for my dads new blood glucose monitor when the prescription was confirmed by the pharmacy as received the same day it was sent GO SOMEWHERE ELSE this place sux **BBB has been notified**

In one word RUDE! I will never use them again. Our insurance company switched from Walgreens to CVS and as bad as Walgreens's is I would take them over this place anytime

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I've been on hold for an hour, I know they're not going to pick up, but I wonder how long they will let this go on. I'm trying to find out about a prescription that was called in for me 22 days ago. They claim it's out of stock/on order. My online account tells me to call to find out what to do about it, then I call and no one picks up the phone! Someone picked up the phone and I listened to them talking to each other for about ten minutes, then I said HELLO? and immediately went back to the crappy hold music and vaccine commercial that repeats every half minute.
