I would to say,my experience was not good. I saw the car I wanted/wanted to buy and after a short glace at his computer I was denied..with out him even trying to help me. I was there for 30min and denied in 5mins. They claim "good credit bad credit you won't be turned down"..lies, I did get a car from here before and paid it off,I only went back cause of the first experience it was Kool but this last one, no all bad. It seem like u would be treated nice or better then I was after buying and paying of a car. Guess cause I'm a black man and times or people changed. I'll never give my $$to this place again.

I was looking for a truck that i can pull with and came across a nice GMC that was at dads used cars so went to look at it and spoke with Chris and rick they made it a great experience for my first time buying a truck, they were nice and friendly and took care of me. I do want to say i lost oil pressure 7 days after buying it and call them back and they said have it towed out to the shop they use and they took care of it thanks again for everything will be back.

We purchased a Honda Accord here after driving from the other side of the valley based on a recommendation from our roommate. However, she had experience with the previous owner which was not upheld with us. The vehicle was grossly overpriced, but the used car market is rough right now so we rolled with it. In hindsight this was a horrible mistake. The car was disgusting and needed a full detail immediately after purchasing. As soon as we got it home we noticed it was also leaking oil and the power steering was going out. After contacting them they had us drive all the way back out to a shop they recommended, only to foot us with the bill afterwards and refuse to help us. Since then I have had to replace all four tires which were dangerously damaged, as well as the serpentine belt, alternator and countless other issues after only 2 months. My buddy also sold them his vehicle around the same time and had a less than pleasant experience. Find another dealership!

Not your typical car dealership experience, and that is a Very good thing in my opinion. No high pressure, no salesmen waiting to swarm you as soon as you drive onto the lot. They don't play the "games" you get from most dealerships. I came there because I saw a particular car listed on their website that caught my eye, and there it was, in exactly the condition, and most importantly, at the price advertised on the website. Nobody tried to upsell me on things I didn't need or want, or try to sell me a different (more expensive) car than the one I wanted. The actual buying process was very streamlined, and I was in and out with keys in hand in a total of under 2 hours. I've never had such a pleasant (or fast) buying experience from a car dealer before. I was even more impressed that my car came with a warranty included in the listed price. It's now eight months later, and I'm still a happy customer. If I'm in the market for a used car in the future, this place will be the first stop on my list for sure.

Bought a truck off of Rick today. He is tremendous individual completely fair and percisce. The vehicle was priced right and was told exactly what it is. Definitely a five star in my book.

If you are looking for a reasonable, reliable, great used car then I 100% recommend Dad's Used Cars! In a matter of a week I was financed and buying my beautiful Kia Sportage ? the guys there are so friendly, and made the whole car buying process easy and fast. I was financed through a different company at 1st that wanted a lot of money down and outrageous monthly payments but Rick and Chris took it upon themselves to find me a better deal. They weren't in it just get the sale of a car, I really felt taken care of and I can't thank them enough! I will refer anyone to them for a great car and great customer service!
