Worst agent I have ever had since I was 18, was only with him for 2-3 months. I missed my payment due to a card error. Michael let my policy lapse and didn’t alert me or let me know anything. Even when agents receive a critical list to alert their customer. I take partial blame however, this was totally avoidable. When I asked him about the policy, in short he basically said oh well and wanted to open a new policy. My wife and daughter were left exposed without insurance god forbid something happened to them. Needless to say, I took my policies to another farmers agent. He will not get my business. Be weary about this agent he does not have our interest in mind.

Although Michael is a great agent, I had been this company for the last four years. The first time I had to cancel my insurance I wasn’t charged a cancellation fee. I cancelled it due to me not being able to drive with injuries I sustained from a not at fault accident. I reactivated my insurance through them again about a year ish later. My insurance rate was so outrageous being with them and kept going up $50, then $60, then $140 over the course of being with them. I was paying almost $500 a month for insurance. I found a different company that was saving me over $150 a month. When I cancelled my insurance they charged me over $60 for a cancellation fee. I couldn’t believe it after being with them for so many years and keeping that loyalty even though I could have switched companies sooner and saved some money. I called in to customer service for billing and they told me the agent had charged me a cancellation fee and I would have had to talk to the agent. I was so irritated by the whole thing I didn’t even bother. I just felt it was so unprofessional and it felt like it was out of spite since I wasn’t charged a cancellation fee the first time

Worst experience I have ever had at any agency. Unprofessional, sarcastic service. I switched my insurance to another carrier and immediately saved over $1,000 a year.
