Placed a delivery order first $200 worth of groceries after getting home from 24 hours of traveling home. Said I could add items until shopper from INSTACART began. Original order to be dropped off 2:17pm-3:47pm. Went in immediately to add 1 item and FRYS AND INSTACART changed my delivery time to 7-9pm!!!! ! Called multiple times and "couldn't change it. Here it is almost 8 and still no shopper. Called INSTACART who tells me they dont have a shopper! I Said to cancel, they said they cant that FRYS has to! Call FRYS! On hold 20 minutes. FINALLY get a person. She said she can't cancel because INSTAXART has too! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING NE! So now I am on hold while 2 IGNORANT companies try to figure out how to give me back my $200!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

The customer service representatives are very rude when i called i was checking the status of my application and they proceeded to try to rush me off the phone to the point where the lady hung up in my face

If I could give them a minus five I would. It's so frustrating that this store can't seem to hire enough employees or manage their customer service center better. Who thought that money services should be integrated into customer service. Those of us who take less than 5 minutes to have business taken care of should have an express lane!!

Pharmacy hours are absurd. Very unprofessional to close for 30 minutes in the middle of the day. Seriously you can’t cover a 30 minute shift??? There’s a huge line of people all waiting for forever while the staff lounges. Waste of everyone’s time.

I like the products. The Kroger brand foods are good. I really struggle with the app though. Safeway's app is much easier for me. Now that you are both in the Kroger family I hope Fry's app will be more like Safeway's.

my trainer for my barrel racing that been with me for 2 years died in frys and i am very sad about it.he died in the ice cream aisle, he past from a heart attack. i never want to in there ever again, his kids don't even wanna go in there. everybody that knows him are very sad about rons death so please make sure to HAVE better customer service. i loved him so much. he was like famliy to me......... he died the day before thanksgiving. Rest in peace ron everybody misses you...

Nice clean store. High prices. Good sales, but very frustrating trying to get those digital offers!This morning the gal at self check out was very helpful when I had issues!Today the app worked well and i got the deals that I clicked on.

They recently added those automatic security gates. There is not enough room to get in or out of the store with those in the way. An old lady blocked the entrance with her cart because it got stuck. Kind of a fire hazard. They need to remove those.
