This pharmacy has gone downhill over the last few years. Today, I called to inquire about a prescription, and they told me I have an insurance that I do not have. They were mixing my father up with me. Rather than admit they had the wrong account, they just insisted I have that insurance. After this, I am completely done with this pharmacy.

The staff here clearly doesn't care about anything. When it comes to customer service you're better off talking to the wall because at least the wall will support the roof.

I have been using pharmacy for over a year. The people are nice but the app is compete crap. It doesn't communicate with the actual people well enough, sends out the wrong info, I still have to call at least once a month about my prescription which is exhausting and super redundant.
