They OFTEN cannot refill my Rxs at the time my doctor orders it. I am currently still waiting for an Rx that Wqs called in 8 days ago.

By FAR the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They take days to fill scripts, they are rude, unprofessional and never know what is going on. Steer clear!!

I just want to say I've had the best experience at this pharmacy than anywhere in a long time. Mary and the others are all very nice and have gone above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot prescription issues associated with new insurance and new doctors. I've been quite desperate a couple times and they took care of it quickly. I'm so grateful to them. Truly happy for my new pharmacy home.

All I came here to say is that Nancy in the deli is amazing!!! She is so nice & friendly. beyond that she always remembers me & what I usually order. The thing is I’m only there maybe once a week so that really impresses me. Even when I don’t go for weeks, she still remembers me when I come back!

I’ve been with this pharmacy for 4 years now. First of all I would like to agree with all the Google reviews and say that Mary is the best employee in there and she fixes all my issues immediately and is super nice.This pharmacy takes a ridiculous amount of time to fill my prescriptions. Usually 3-7 days. This is bad especially when I need antibiotics and I have to wait a long time to even start them. Now within the last couple months the staff likes to argue with me about if I have insurance, to find out that I do and my medicines should be paid for! We go back and fourth until they check and actually find it. Why do they automatically charge people??? I’m only writing this review because I sent my boyfriend to get my medicine and they made him pay for it out of pocket. I called and they are going to refund me his money with the receipt but come on!!

Came here to leave a review for my Father, and prior to doing so took a few minutes to look over the other reviews, and no wonder he had such a frustrating experience(s).My Mom has a newly broken foot and can’t get around right now, so my Dad drove down to pick up the medicine for pain that the doctor prescribed her. The first time they refused him saying that he needs her ID & Insurance card, which that much I can understand the need for. So he drove back home, got what they requested in order to fill the prescription and drove back. This time they asked him in addition to the previous items, for her social and pin for her insurance card. They’ve used this pharmacy for a long time now, and she’s an established person in the system. Never have I EVER heard of a pharmacist requesting a "pin" for an insurance card. My Mom said she’s never been prompted to set up a pin by the insurance so she doesn’t have one, and doesn’t know what that even is, nor has she ever been asked by a pharmacy for one.Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve personally had my spouse pick up medications for me when needed, and never have we heard of this or been given this difficult of a time. I don’t know if it’s because my Dad is a big tattooed biker looking guy or what, but my Mom now has to go down there on a broken foot which she can hardly even get to the bathroom on so she can get the medicine she needs for her pain.I’d highly recommend just going to a different pharmacy.

Do not use in an urgent situation. Had a basic antibiotic prescription. Took them six hours and two trips to fill. They received it electronically at 10am. Wasn’t ready until 4pm.

Absolutely the worst managed Pharmacy I have ever experienced. They never have drive through open. They also don't answer the phone. I've been calling for 2 days now, multiple times only to have my call answered then set on the counter and it never gets picked up. I have also had the phone answered 5 times and been hung up on immediately every time. I have also left messages and they are never responded to. The staff also seems to either be barely trained or has no idea what they are doing.Pretty much some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sure thier excuse is that they are understaffed, which as a customer is not my fault. This is probably due to being low paying and not competitive with what they offer, pay wise and benefit wise.Stop blaming your mistakes on covid. For the first part of covid I could buy that. However 2 years later and it's gotten worse, in my eyes is just a poor excuse for even poorer management.Dont waste your time here, move your prescriptions to wallgreens. They have stellar customer service, has a call center to answer calls and answer question. If needed they transfer you directly to the pharmacy, and guess what the answer the call every time, with no more than 3 rings.

Pharmacy has gone down hill the only good technician that is there is Mary. She is very friendly, the rest is rude . I get your short staff. But you think you want to keep the sick out and have your drive thru open more , you don’t even answer your phone either terrible customer service. I usually don’t write reviews but this has gone on to long ..
