I've been trying to call this store all week too, have tried several times each day. Guess the workers there are too lazy or just don't care about their customers. Just called the service center and they couldn't get any response either. Said they would find out why. I'm going to another salon that wants my business.

I have tried to call this store all day today and no one will answer. I want to know when my stylist will be working so I can go online to schedule. Last time I tried to schedule online that wasn't working either. I'll just go elsewhere. It's no wonder so many businesses are disappearing. That's what happens when you ignore your customers.

Proceed with caution !!!! The staff is nice, but they don't know how to cut hair and they will definitely mess up yours.

This used to be a great place to go and has steadily went downhill. The older lady today had a filthy station and was going to use scissors on me that she had just used without cleaning them at all. His hair was all over everything still. Gross!!! The lady next to her seemed good and the lady behind her was snarky about everything. I had to leave after she asked me the 3rd time how I wanted my hair. I’m not about repeating myself and having dirty equipment.

Absolutely terrible. I asked for 2 to 3 inches off and got at least 5 inches taken off. I asked for choppy layers and she twisted my hair to cut at random. Now my hair is too short to wear up and too uneven to wear down.

If you Google maps takes you to the plaza with a Ross, then you ate in the wrong plaza. It's in the plaza caddy corner to the Ross plaza. If you see a Frys and a Panda Express, that's the right one. They did a great job and were quick.

The stylist i had didnt listen to me at all. I said i wanted mid ear and i showed her where i wanted it cut. I showed her where i want my head shaved for my glasses. She went to the bottom of my ear and didnt shave my ear part for glasses at all. She barely took anything off. The last time i went to a great clips they told me they could not do what i wanted. You cant cut a straight across mid ear bob with shaved neck and a small over ear shave so my glasses dont pull my hair. I guess i will have to cut a piece for them to match it. Not satisified at all not a great clip. I will be going back to famous sams. I am done giving u a chance.

A few of the staff her are very rude. They make comments about our choices of style and overall give us a bad experience, however some staff are very kind and good at there job, however, the previously mentioned rude staff are generally not great at cutting hair. I am very disappointed in this place.
