Its a good spot. Staff is helpful and friendly. The lot is clean, its easy to get in and out.Be sure you lock up your rigs. And don't leave anything outside that can be taken. At night,, I assume, people will still climb the fence and try to get into whatever is unlocked.

If I could give a rating of "0" I would. The level of incompetence of the management surpasses anything I have seen. Friday I was promised that a space would be held for me over the weekend because I could not drop off my trailer until Monday as the office would be closed. However, I would still have to pay for those days the space was "held" for me. That sounded fishy, but I needed the space so I agreed. They had my name and phone number and I said I would be there by 1:00 on Monday. Fast forward to noon on Monday when I arrived with my trailer. Only to be told my space had been given away. The attitude was simply "Oh Well". Because I had the space promised to me, I spent $700 on new tires in order to drive the trailer over there. Now I am out $700 and no space. All she said was it was "miscommunication" on her part and that most of the time people don't show up when they say to hold the space so she didn't think to call me! Really, is this how to run a successful business?! If they can't even keep this straight, I wonder how secure my trailer would have been anyway. GOOD RIDDENS and buyer beware if you deal with these people.

I know the on site manager, Gary has been a faithful employee and has guarded this RV storage facility as if it were his own . Several different occasions has he stepped up for the owners and with help of ajpdProtected this business. I so sad to see how the hard work is being repaid . Though even with the Corona virus is sweeping the valley and temperatures reaching the 110 degree and higher , the owners of this storage lot are pushing him to leave. He has lived on that lot by verbal agreement for several years but they see it fit to evict him without due process first by initiating the code compliance on him then calling the police and giving him a date to leave or be cited for trespassing without ever even talking to a judge. I believe this is all self explanatory in the Tennant landlord agreement and and Gary should have the right to move his things out in normal fashion he has done a great job there and there are guidelines to be followed. Though I have never rented A lot from Gary I know of him as a hard worker and a strong force in the moving of people from house to house with a outstanding 3000 + moved and a 5 star rating imagine that 3000 customers can't be wrong. Way to go Gary. Allen Antonucci
