I do not normally bash a business for something like this but holy hell it was extremely rude. I called the number listed to see if this community had age requirements and they said it did and hung up on me after telling me to call something I do not even remember. If that is any indication on how they treat their customers then this place deserves the review. Do not hang up on people just because they are not 55. A simple no would have been fine.

The nicest bunch of residents this side of the Mississippi. Superstition Mountains look like they are in our back yard. Plan on making this our winter home for years to come!

They advertise their email address but they don't bother to reply if you write to them. They lost out on potential business.

Young people RV too, we like AZ too..and were not gonna die in the swimming pool with a pack of old golds in one hand. We can be around to pay rent for years....might wanna rethink the dinosaurs only policy.

Happy Days RV Park is very quiet, always clean and one of the best prices around. Unfortunately, it is always full up due to the all the above factors. I like it a lot!

Went today for pario sales. Nice friendly park. Small, but seems to live up to its name. Everyone seems pretty Happy.

From the moment I looked around this park with my mom, I loved it. Until I went into the office to inquire about spaces to rent. I walked in, gave the gentleman in there a big smile and a hello, asked him how he was doing and what I received in return was so unpleasant. No smile in return, no response other than a very unfriendly “how can I help you”. My mom was right behind me and she too greeted the gentleman, said hello, how are you doing today, and received the same treatment and response. We figured maybe it was just a bad day and continued on by asking him if there were any spaces to rent. Now, mind you, we had just driven around the park and seen 5-6 completely empty spaces, so we were surprised by the coldness of the “I don’t have any spaces”. Yes, perhaps they were rented out, that is completely possible. This review is not about that, it is about how he made both of us feel the minute we walked in the door. We were both dressed very nicely, we both present well, we are both very friendly, polite, articulate. It was the oddest experience. I’m lucky, I have not faced any prejudice before, but I would swear that is what the whole experience felt like, like the minute we walked in the door, he saw something he just did not like and made no effort to hide it. Perhaps it was a bad day, but that is no excuse for such unfriendliness. I will say that I believe he saw my face, and my mom’s, we don’t hide our emotions very well and we were pretty disappointed. He seemed to ease up a little, but not much. I do hope he does not treat his residents or other prospective tenants this way, but if you are going to look at this park, be warned. I can understand not having spaces or that my moms fifth wheel is too old, despite there being a number of old, but nicely maintained, RVs in this park. Those are totally valid reasons. But the attitude and the treatment...don’t understand, don’t want to.
