Dr. Jason Heavens is the best Dr. I've had ever! I am 58 yrs. Old. I come packed with alot of anxiety and from the front desk to the nurses then Dr. Heavens , was treated with respect and patience. I truly appreciate the extra time he spent with me ( taking up his lunch time)to insure I understood what info he gave me and so he could understand my fears and concerns. I can't complain about one thing. I am truly thankful to be his patient .If anyone complained of a little wait, il tell you you will be thankful when your the one needing extra minutes due to you needing one on one time and his attentiveness .

I made an appointment online for 8:30am and they couldn't take me back to a room until 9:45am. On top of this, they stuck me in a room and the doctor didn't come by until 10:45am. I will never come to this urgent care again. They have zero sense of urgency even with a room full of people. The nurses were laughing and talking at the desk as I had been waiting an hour in the room just for a doctor to come by. The front desk woman was arguing with one of the nurses in the back and it was incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT come here!!2.5 hour wait for a 5 minute visit

I cannot write a review on the providers here since I was never actually seen. I booked a appointment online through solv and received a confirmation text to confirm my appointment. I drove 15 miles since this was the only place that had an appointment. When I got there I was told there was no provider until noon. It was 9 AM. When I told the receptionist I was upset, she said the confirmations are automatic and she had called to leave me a voicemail. There was no voicemail or missed call. I received a text message 10 minutes after I left with that information. If there is no provider, they should not except appointments. If the appointments are made, they need to reach out to patients prior to arriving. I drove 30 miles round-trip for absolutely nothing. Wish I had looked at the reviews before making the appointment also...not great. It looks like management should be aware of the issues so they can be avoided in the future. This review is for the urgent care next to Fry's.

This review is for the Urgent Care is by Fry's. Went to a different Urgent Care where they provided the correct antibiotic for the infection, that I supposedly do not have according to these people. I was feeling much better within 4 hours of the correct medication and wasn't treated poorly. This is review is for urgent care by Fry's

I have been a patient with this office for a couple years now and have been well cared for. Recently my provider left and I started seeing Dr. Melissa Ramsdell and I could not be happier. For the first time I actually feel like someone is listening and cares about my health. i was close to leaving because i had to keep changing Drs but once I got Dr Ramsdell all qualms were mended. Thank you for caring!

I had a first visit video appointment with Jamie Richardson from Heaven’s Medical at the beginning of March because I was basically chair-ridden since the end of January. She prescribed my much needed heart medication and an in-home physical therapist. Her advice really helped me which was to keep eating and get out of my chair! This first part is the positive. A few days later, a physical therapist called to make an appointment, but she said Jamie prescribe the wrong place because they don’t do in-home visits. So that therapist place called heavens medical and told them of the ones that do home visits. I waited a week and no call for an appointment so I called heavens medical and the voicemail said that they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Forget it if you want to talk to a live person. I waited 48 hours but no return call about my physical therapist and I also needed oxygen at that time and no return call about that either. I called several times and all you get is an answering service and the last time I called they didn’t even say they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Because of this poor service, I cannot recommend this primary care place. I still haven’t heard back from them and it’s been almost three weeks. Now I have to find a new primary care provider even though Jamie was really professional and very nice and really helped me. I really appreciated her service.

Heavens Medical has taken care of ALL my needs since moving here a year and half ago. I'm a middle aged chronic care pt and found the entire staff caring and genuinely concerned for my better health. Dr Heavens is super knowledgeable and ALWAYS directs me to the proper specialist if he is unable to resolve my issue. The MA's get my referrals approved and appointments scheduled promptly. I couldn't be happier with the the professional care I receive every time I am seen in the office.

Dr. Heavens has been my dads Snowbird Dr. For many years. The last 2 years his primary Dr. Always loved the staff, nurses, ect...He only likes to see Heavens...Well Since September and his move to Village Medical I am so disappointed...Not in Dr. HEAVENS HIM SELF..But with everything else... After a ER visit the 5th of Nov. My dad needed a follow up with his primary Dr in 7-to 10 days from a fall that need stitches. Well Nov 29th was his 1st opening... So now he has to see a totally different Dr. Or Nurse P...That not only does not know him, never seen him, and has no clue of his history. I cannot believe they do not leave slots open for this kind of follow up or after hospital stays. To go to your PRIMARY DOCTOR...Also the first call to them they never return a call to the right number. Were rude. My father is 89 ... Not only is it hard to be a care giver but dealing with a rude office makes it so much harder...

He took care of my problems they listened everybody was friendly prescriptions were called in a timely manner. I had a wonderful experience yesterday.The staff and Dr. Heavens made me feel comfortable and welcome.

I give my PA Shawna a two and Nikki her nurse a two. right now the only good thing about heaven's medical in Apache Junction is their front desk Andrea and Stacy. I especially give Andrea five stars because she bends over for her patients and she fights for the patients that go there and to me she's the only one in that office that does along with Stacy. I moved here 6 months ago and they never once asked for any of my medical records from my previous doctor.

Only saw Dr. Heavens ONCE.All other times ALWAYS a physician assistant, ALWAYS a different one!They said someone by the name ofDennis lost my lab results!!!Several appts they made for the wrong office. The office staff doesnt seem to know what they are doing.They gave me an appt to an office that was closed.

I've been a patient here for years. I had no idea that the practice is no longer in AJ on Delaware. I tried to make an appointment (twice) with a call center. They said I was not in their system. It's like this practice fell off the face of the earth. Where did all my medical records go??? I need an appointment. The call center was employed by people who's first language was not English. Frustrating!!! I called Heavens Urgent care and they are owned by Dr Heavens but said they were not affiliated with the medical practice ???? And could not help me-WHAT! I feel stranded and in need of care.

This review is for the location at Fry's Marketplace. They used to be good when they just opened, around that time Dr. Heavens saw the patients himself, now it's just NPs who don't seem to care about patients. It's like "In-N-Out-$165" I took my mother in law twice to this place for the same UTI infection. Consultation lasted approximately 5 minutes and the NP prescribed antibiotics for just 5 days. My wife is a RN and BSN with over 25 years experience and she has never seen a case where an infection disappeared within 5 days. When we asked for a refill, of course they wanted to charge us a third time for the same problem. We are under the impression that they don't have any interest in curing a patient because they want the patient to come back. This place is just about creating revenue. Imagine a car repair shop which fixes your car the way that it runs for 1/2 hour and when you go back they charge you again, a second time and a third time.....

Worst dr's always NP. they just closed their office (no surprise) They lost all my files while switching practices . huge HIPPA violation reporting them now. Dr. Heavens is at Village Med. now at walgreens in AJ. do not go to him your health and medical security are at stake.
