I am 67 years old and was in bed 90% of the day due to my fibromyalgia and other autoimmune problems. Now that I have been micro dosing with hydrocort, I actually played hide and seek with my 2 year old granddaughter.I tried many medication from my doctor and had to take pain medication to work. I tried many different supplements and vitamins with no relief.Family and friends noticed how different I was after starting the micro dosing. People could even tell in my voice over the phone. This has been a has truly been a miracle in my life.

Microdose treatment from the Helen Foundation kept my grandmother with Rheumatoid Arthritis alive 30 years longer than the average life expectancy of people with her condition and improved her quality of life 100x. I am so grateful for the wonderful time I was able to spend with her thanks to this treatment. Well worth the money!

I have had amazing results from Professor Stenberg's regimen. I have been suffering from osteoarthritis for well over 10 years. On bad days, I couldn’t bend over because my back hurt so much.I have seen numerous arthritis doctors over the years but none offered any hope. I settled on Celecoxib (aka Celebrex) for the past 4 or 5 years. It helps but it's far from a "silver bullet". The problem is that Celecoxib is linked to a number of serious side effects that become more dangerous for long time users. Even with all of the side effects, Celecoxib only dampens the arthritis, it doesn't "fix" anything.Under the care of Professor Virgil Stenberg of The Helen Foundation, my results have been transformative. I feel so great that I have been able to stop taking Celecoxib altogether. When I started the protocol, I scored a 70 on Stenberg's pain and stiffness evaluation - even while taking Celecoxib twice a day. Within 2 to 3 weeks on his hydrocortisone “shower” (a 4 week tapering dose), my pain/stiffness score plummeted. Within a month, my pain score was 10 most days. The benefits have been significant. My pack pain is almost gone. Hip joint pain - gone. Metatarsalgia (ball of the foot pain) significantly improved. Pain in my hands from a pinched nerve in my neck - nearly completely resolved.Speaking of that pinched nerve in my neck, my doctor’s diagnosis was “Cervical Radiculopathy”. For the past two to three years, my hands would go numb then start throbbing in pain when I tried to sleep in bed. Ultimately, the pain would get so bad I had to sleep in a recliner. Shortly after starting the Microdose Therapy, I was able to return to sleeping in bed and I haven't had to sleep in the chair for nearly 3 months now!Clearly, hydrocortisone microdose therapy is working for me and proving significantly more effective than Celecoxib. I am now on my 12th week of the program … well into the microdose part. This is the maintenance phase where you take a small tapering dose over 4 days as needed to reset the inflammation control that you established the first month. You have to learn to be careful because the hydrocortisone can make you feel so good you forget that you have underlying issues. If you think about hydrocortisone as a supplementation therapy for the hormone cortisol, then avoiding overdose is critically important. This is where Professor Stenberg’s research has proven most important and the reason why anyone on this therapy needs to follow the protocol. Prof Stenberg acts as your coach, tracking your daily scores and providing guidance as you learn how to take control of your pain. His ultimate goal is to teach you how to use the lowest possible dose to provide the best symptomatic relief.Bear in mind that Medicine doesn’t guarantee success to everyone. That’s a plain and simple fact. Some patients simply don’t have stellar results, no matter what the therapy is. The same is going to be true for hydrocortisone microdose therapy. Even in the Erwin/Baldwin study posted on the Helen Foundation website, ~13% of participants " failed to attain significant symptom improvement during the induction period".If you try hydrocortisone therapy, be ready to stop it if it isn’t working for you. Hydrocortisone can interfere with recovery from infections and infectious diseases so if you get sick while on the protocol, talk to your doctor. Don’t assume that a few people reporting poor reactions means the therapy doesn't work. If you are in chronic pain, give Professor Stenberg’s therapy a try. If it doesn’t work for you, have some respect and don’t demand a refund - medicine doesn’t operate like that. The bottom line is that Professor Stenberg believes in hydrocortisone microdose therapy and so do I. His program is reasonably priced and if you follow his protocol, you are unlikely to experience any side effects.

The Helen Foundation has given me over 15 years of pain - free living with osteoarthritis. The staff taught me how to adapt my dosage to my needs. They were helpful and I appreciate them all.

I tried "Dr." Stenberg’s Microdose Therapy through the Helen Foundation. Stenberg is taking advantage of the temporary high from the steroid medication called “steroid euphoria” which wears off several months later & that is how long his program is. I did feel good & had less joint pain but the good effects were soon replaced with adverse effects! I ended up very sick with a virus that took several months to recover. Now, HC oral is a corticosteroid, a steroid! It’s not a “natural drug” as he claims & it needs to be properly monitored by a doc & with labs. Stenberg claims to reduce pain for Arthritis, CFS, MS, RA, OA, Fibromyalgia, back pain, neuropathy, migraines & even Parkinson’s by using Hydrocortisone (Cortisol) tablets 20mgs. You name the illness…he claims to “reduce it or eliminate it.” Stenberg is NOT a medical doctor. He uses his teaching PhD “Dr” to lure people into his program. He has to send you to a doctor who took his one day course. Now, you will NOT be told who or where your doctor supervising you will be! That will only be disclosed to you after they receive your money & signed contract. I ended up going to see an osteopathic physician in a shady part of the city. It was not a pain clinic as I hoped. In no time, I walked out with a prescription. The medication is a generic drug costing about $30 for 30 days. I started the 3 week $3,400.00 “Shower” loading dose of 100 mgs of Hydrocortisone (Cortisol). In a few days, I experienced adverse reactions such as swelling, unbearable pain of the face, jaw, neck and armpits, a sore throat & chest pain. I severe darkness also came over me. The side effects were unbearable even when I taper the dosage down. Every day, when I was feeling my worse I had to fill out many diaries, giving numbers to a list of symptoms. I would get many phone calls from his staff who may not be a registered nurse at all, asking me about the scores. Those darn scores. Finally, at the advice of 3 doctors, including the doctor the foundation sent me to, I stopped the medication & withdrew from the program. I was only in the program for 10 days. The following hour of my call, I received 4 emailed graphs…so they can justify keeping the $995! Pretty rotten trick Stenberg! Weeks later, I received a rather insulting letter from Stenberg & a check for only $1950 out of the $7495 I paid up front. It was NOT a refund as he claims. That small amount I received was for the next phase which I had yet to enter. They weren't concern with my reactions & wanted me to continue...probably to get the rest of the money. He claimed he was responsible for a 18%, 21%, 7% & 32% “improvement” of my pain which came after I stopped taking the drug! I paid $900 for a 50 food sensitivity & intolerance panel which came from a Lab that specializes in testing horses, dogs and cats. The test costs around $300. I also had to pay $995 for a “digital tracking system” (a computer graphing program) which charts daily fluctuating symptoms all the diaries you have to fill out. Hours after I withdrew from the program, I received 4 childish graph emails of my diary numbers. Despite what he claims, he does NOT refund people their money if they experience problems. He did this to a couple with PD in 2013, charging them $8500, refusing to refund their money after they too experienced serious side effects. He has cheated many people! Stay away from him and his fake promises!
