People who truly care about their patients. this is office full of doctors, nurses, and ealthcare professionals. The doctors are straight for in. Do not judge you when you are going through personal life issues. They are ethical in their choice of prescriptions. They don't seem to push anything on their patients & and educate you on why and what they are prescribing you.I would highly recommend this place to anyone.I know I will continue to get my healthcare from Horizon H&W.

horrible place. i went for my fist time and they were in a hurry to finish my appt and then i didnt even see a doctor i saw a MA. i went in for my thyroid and they just put my on the lowest dose and never did a redraw of my tsh levels. and now i been calling to get a refill and can never get through to them.

Horrible, you can’t even get through to them. I got in once to see my provider. She was ok but in a hurry. Now I have a pretty urgent need and can’t get through to them. I have called 6 times since 8am (now 10:30)on hold ranging from 5 to 9 minutes never getting an answer. I am done with them. If they manage the rest of their business like the front desk then this place is all about working short staffed and numbers and you will be just a number with a dollar sign at this. Changing clinic and provider immediately!

They fired most if not all the Black workers there; I've been noticing and not saying anything till I fully grasped it... The black workers that worked there got fired or let off or changed or something... so I will need to change my clinic to a different clinic; They seem to prefer only White/Hispanic and Indian (India) workers; Seems off putting to me...

I would pray everyone would find anywhere but horizon or LAFRENTERA. .deadly&toxic Peas n a pod. They r worst mental health agencythey got a fed grant to demo the 4 plex I .they threw me out of there run down 4plex after a year of showing up unannounced.had me n tears everytime.out of the blue filed against mein Florence filed a 5 day to quit knowing I could not make it all the way from aj. They changed my mail to general delivery now I don't have my SSDI and stand to loose all I own in storages I had to pack blind cause I was n the middle of eye surgeries . I'm still on the same block homeless. My storages r n Jeopardy some guy named David called after court asking me what am I doing the sheriff's are coming . So creepy n scary. Triple digits n az I might die out here n NOONE would care cause I'm doOmed SMI.filed grievances Mercy care. They turned their heads like I don't even matter. I worry about others dealing with hellrizon sickness n wealth. If u have Ben hurt by them I'm so sorry .don't give up u do matter. Call 988 tell ACCESS 42 million n assets n I don't even have another service animal UGALIE died waiting for housing cause abc horizon n homInc denied the house I felt safe in like I was so low of lifeform I didn't deserve to live were I needed to be able instead I got horizon hell all year then sentenced to death n heat. They broke so many laws n policy without hesitation they wILL HATE CRIME SHAME U . FILL YOUR CHART WITH NEG STUFF NOTHING HEALTHY POSITIVE. U R A NUMBER &@stamp to collect more . MERIDETH and John team up on u so u can't go a week in peace living without confusion n threat.alisia ( a care not manager along with several others act mad at me when I'm the one suffering n they r the one bringing me to my violent death to be data..forgotten burned n a oak box.... Spirit caregiving is not on their list. SOUL CRUSHIN N BREAKING ALL LAWS N POLICIES FOR THIER OWN SICK AGENDAS ...MORE $ .LASTLY THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO PUT SPOUSES N THE EVICTION N THOUSANDS OF $ I have to pay horizon's cut throat attorney's. This place is amazing I was here on a Friday afternoon almost closing Time around 4 PM I needed the doctor to give me a prescription for the long weekend which is almost impossible on a Friday at 4 PM and all the way from the welcoming desk front desk receptionist all the way down to the pharmacist and the doctor Angela Webb were amazing they not only took the time and saw me gave me a full appointment everybody had smiles and never once acted like they didn’t want to stay or we’re in a hurry to get home on a Friday evening so Horizon health and wellness in Apache Junction thank you again so much for the bottom of my heart I hope everybody can see how great you guys are taking your patients

As an employee of Horizon Health and Wellness, I can confidently say that this organization truly cares about the well-being of its community members. It's a pretty nice office and the people that are very friendly you should go there for all your medical needs and referrals they will assist you in almost anything especially Mental Health. Treat your depression please and ask for help

First, I love every doctor I've had here since 2017. They get 5 stars. There are other things here that upset me a great deal over the years. Last month, all of my appointments were cancelled due to the doctor's other issues. No attempt was made to reschedule me in a timely manner. I had to wait an additional 5 weeks. When I call for refills, the staff always gives me a hard time because I need to be seen again, first, or wild accusations are thrown at me. It's not my fault they cancel my appointments. I came in again today, finally, and they didn't have my Covid 19 booster ready. They were out last time I had this scheduled. Today, I was there for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and they knew right away I needed this booster still. After an hour and 15 minutes, I was told they never thawed it out. Ridiculous! I was told to come back, yet again. I live an hour away and my husband has to miss work to drive me each time. Also, the staff is very bad at returning phone calls. They really need to work on these issues and others.

Jazmyne C needs to be fired because she clearly doesn’t like her job she is the most disrespectful rude health “care” non professional have ever spoke to, I scheduled an evaluation and she was not elaborate enough to meet my needs regarding the appointment she with her bad attitude told me to take it up with compliance and hung up on me, basically in better terms told me to go screw off, I will make this complaint to the higher ups not just to compliance, she has no professionalism what so ever, there are plenty of other people that could fit her position with the care and compassion of others, she chose the wrong industry to work in, she needs a serious evaluation from management ? I am certain I am not the only one she has treated badly.

This place is just a referral hubMy father was trying to get a prescription filled and they waited 3 weeks of him calling & asking about it and then it's oh yeah you gotta see so & so specialist for refills Care for a kickback???
