Complete waste of my time, they advertise their car 19800$ then they add a bunch of Bs add ons that they refuse to remove. They wanted to charge me 25k for a used elantra when a new 2026 is 23k msrp. They added 2.1k horne protection add on & refused to remove it. Wasted my time

We just bought a car for the first time since 2013 š„° The crew at Horne were amazing! Jose R., Chris D. And Chris in financing helped us with this big decision and I couldnāt recommend them more! Jose set us up via email so when we got to the dealership Chris was waiting for us and helped explain everything! They took their time with no hassle or haggling. We shopped online and chose a car of personal interest at Horne Hyundai in Apache Junction, AZ. Clicked on their website link to schedule a test drive and Samantha texted quickly to get us scheduled with our Sale Person Jorge. Upon arriving he asked some great questions to determin our needs. He provided alot of good information and we quickly chose a Elantra SEL. My wife is handicaped and hadnt joined me on this test drive -so Jorge suggested driving by our home to let her take a look. She was delighted .The entire car buying experience was a pure joy for us both and Jorge made it so easy to purchase the car by helping my wife to doc-u-sign. So happy we chose Horne. Jorge, Samantha, Chris in Finance and Colby in Service -the entire team helped make it effortless. I drove home with the car that evening. Kudo's to the entire Horne Staff... and Merry Christmas!

Susie Foushee! I have purchased or leased many vehicles, and the experience of shopping with Susie is the best I have ever had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and great with communication! She went above and beyond, delivering the car as soon as it was ready. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. This is my second lease from Horne, and everyone from the GM to the Service Dept has been great. So excited for the new location as it will be closer to my house.

Bought a car here a year ago brand new and was never told the battery was bad, despite getting check-ups regularly. Called due to a dead battery on a Friday, was told to come by on Saturday to get it replaced. I was told to wait 2 hours, so I did. After over 2 hours, I asked about an ETA, they said another 30-45 minutes. I awkwardly said I thought it was only 2 hours? And he replied, āand you didnāt have an appointment.ā ā¦then wouldnāt that time be included in the earlier ETA? To get snappy over that was pretty rude. If I was told 2 hours, but itās actually 3 or 4, i think itās okay for me to ask about it. When I walked away, another staff member started laughing and said, ācomplaining, no appointment, on a Saturday?ā Like, okay? You told me to come in today, gave me the wrong time estimate, and when I ask about it, youāre rude?
I had an appointment in the afternoon so I stayed for the 2 hours, but I guess staff are allowed to be rude since I didnāt have an appointment. Will probably go to other Hyundai dealerships after this. Have only had not so great experiences with the service team here.

We had a very positive experience from start to finish. Even though we were just looking, Chris found us the perfect car and the rest is history. We did find one minor issue with the car after we took it home and the dealership agreed to take care of it promptly. Kudos to you for providing great customer service on that! Smooth transaction, without high pressure. I would recommend giving them a chance to earn your business!

I drove 3 hours to this dealership after confirming the price in advance. When I arrived, they increased the price by $3,200 for add-ons they claimed ācould not be removed.ā Total bait-and-switch.
The finance person was arrogant and tried to āsave me money on financingā as some kind of consolation for the long drive. I told him I was paying cash, which he already knew. Another scripted tactic to squeeze more profit.
In the end, I drove 3 hours back home with no car, but at least $3,200 still in my pocket instead of theirs.
This dealership is deceptive, uses high-pressure tactics, and is absolutely not trustworthy. Strongly recommend avoiding them and taking your business somewhere transparent and honest

I purchased a car here and immediately ran into serious transparency issues. During the sale, we talked at length about me being a Chicago sports fan ā nothing about the Arizona Cardinals. Yet the plates that arrived were Arizona Cardinals specialty plates, added to my title application without my permission and with extra fees I did not approve.
This came after they tried to slip in VIN etching, door edge guards, paint protection, and other overpriced add-ons during the purchase. When that didnāt work, it feels like they pushed unauthorized items another way. This is exactly the kind of deceptive dealership practice buyers need to watch out for.
If you shop here, double-check every document and donāt assume anything is being done honestly. I will be filing complaints regarding the unauthorized fees and misleading behavior. Very disappointing experience and a warning to anyone considering this dealership

I was lied to and misguided by a salesman named Jerry. I can't speak on the staff that works there. I was told through text I was approved and the car was ready for me to come pick up. I drove all the way to the dealership and they didn't have anything done. I wasn't approved yet and they didn't have the car i wanted. Whatever you do don't use Jerry. If they are going to have a dishonest salesman there. How do you know the rest of the staff is honest.
I just learned something new today. Horne Hyudai ran my credit over 40 times. Now no bank will want to deal with me because of them. I am looking to see if I have any legal grounds to take any action. Once again do not buy a car from here.

Every aspect of our shopping and purchasing at Horne Hyundai was a positive experience. The people we worked with are friendly and eager to help.
Chris, our sales person, knows the vehicles and goes as in-depth as you would like on the features and how to use them.
His confidence in the product he sells and the company behind them is clear and helped us make the choice of a Hyundai over the other cars we had test-driven.
The purchasing process was straightforward. The finance officer, George, was also very well informed, knew the process well, and got us thru it as quickly as possible.
I especially appreciated Chris's invitation to come by after the purchase with any questions, and I have done so. Chris sat in the car with me and walked me thru the features I had questions about, giving me more confidence in how to best use the many incredible features our new Hyundai came with.
The car itself surprises our expectations and is a real pleasure to drive. The warranties give us confidence in the quality of the car.

The BEST Service Department in the Valley of any Hyundai dealer, and believe me I have tried them all. Andrae was my Service Advisor, and he was very professional and thorough, but most of all he was very kind. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure to double check all of my vehicle concerns up front. He took excellent care of me, and I surely will be going back. Thanks again Andrae and Team.
