I was lied to and misguided by a salesman named Jerry. I can't speak on the staff that works there. I was told through text I was approved and the car was ready for me to come pick up. I drove all the way to the dealership and they didn't have anything done. I wasn't approved yet and they didn't have the car i wanted. Whatever you do don't use Jerry. If they are going to have a dishonest salesman there. How do you know the rest of the staff is honest.
I just learned something new today. Horne Hyudai ran my credit over 40 times. Now no bank will want to deal with me because of them. I am looking to see if I have any legal grounds to take any action. Once again do not buy a car from here.

Every aspect of our shopping and purchasing at Horne Hyundai was a positive experience. The people we worked with are friendly and eager to help.
Chris, our sales person, knows the vehicles and goes as in-depth as you would like on the features and how to use them.
His confidence in the product he sells and the company behind them is clear and helped us make the choice of a Hyundai over the other cars we had test-driven.
The purchasing process was straightforward. The finance officer, George, was also very well informed, knew the process well, and got us thru it as quickly as possible.
I especially appreciated Chris's invitation to come by after the purchase with any questions, and I have done so. Chris sat in the car with me and walked me thru the features I had questions about, giving me more confidence in how to best use the many incredible features our new Hyundai came with.
The car itself surprises our expectations and is a real pleasure to drive. The warranties give us confidence in the quality of the car.

*Edit: Came back in September with same issue, and was treated with complete disrespect and was talked down to by the same advisor Andrae. I guess it was too good to be true after all. STAY AWAY!!!
The BEST Service Department in the Valley of any Hyundai dealer, and believe me I have tried them all. Andrae was my Service Advisor, and he was very professional and thorough, but most of all he was very kind. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure to double check all of my vehicle concerns up front. He took excellent care of me, and I surely will be going back. Thanks again Andrae and Team.

This dealership is great. Everyone we talked to was very nice and down to earth. Everyone was very knowledgeable on the different cars, trims, and features. Would definitely recommend them and I will be going back there for services/future purchases.

Really happy with Stephanie Fleming, she made finding the car I wanted with no pressure and made purchasing it easy and stress free. She help me with all the questions I asked and if she didn’t know them she made sure to find out and get to me asap. I highly recommended her as your next sales person. So far really happy with my new SantaFe hybrid, love the way it drives and the interior.

I highly recommend Horne Hyundai if you’re interested in a vehicle. We have bought both new and used vehicles from them and we are very happy with all of the vehicles purchased. Chris Dressel is a great salesman and was very helpful with our purchases this last weekend.

This is an addendum to my previous review 9 months ago. This is the third new car I have purchased from Horne Hyundai in Apache Junction, Arizona. Fred, my salesman is honest and transparent and I’ve bought three of my cars from Fred with his assistance. I am really enjoying the Ioniq 5 all EV. I feel like every part of the sales experience was easy. I would like to shout out to Kahi as well. He is the FIRST Finance Rep that I would say I felt truly comfortable with. Very honest and no pressure for add-ons. The entire experience at HORNE Hyundai has been a pleasure.
I strongly recommend Fred Metzger for your consultant. He will create a low stress experience for you, and really knows the car products well.

I went to Horne Hyundai recently to see if I would be able to finance my first car. Within minutes of arriving, I were greeted by a salesman named Fred who quickly helped us to find a car that was *exactly* what I was looking for, and within a good price range. Fred was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and he helped make the purchase process completely pain-free. I don't expect to buy another car anytime soon, but when I do, I would be more than happy to look for one at Horne Hyundai again!

First dealership of the day looking at pre-owned vehicles and Nick was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. We had 2 other dealerships to look at vehicles to compare. Had terrible experiences and kept returning to how well Nick was taking care of us, so we went back. After leaving, we messaged Nick that we were headed back. He was with a customer so Susie was introduced to us by Nick and they made sure we had a great experience! Thank you for helping us get our new to us 2020 Sonata.
