I worked with Mike at the front desk and Bill in the shop and both are outstanding, friendly and do an excellent top shelf job!
I came to James Tire for a simple alignment when they found a problem in my front end. They saved me from wasting my money on an alignment that in the long run would be a waste of money because my control arms were shot. I Have a maintenance warranty through EPP and Mike processed the paperwork for me, without reservation, and did what they had to do to get the job done. I can’t thank these guys enough for their perseverance, and professionalism! When EPP sent a warranty adjuster to check on the legitimacy of the job, the result was a full acceptance of the quoted work and price.
My car Handles better now than it did when I drove it off the Honda sales lot!

After spending 6 hours straight there today with 2 kids under 8, I can 100% recommend this shop. Not only are their prices incredibly reasonable, but no one batted an eye or made a single comment about my two antsy children attempting to entertain themselves while we waited. Had I known my extended warranty company would take their sweet time approving my relatively simple repair, I’d have made other arrangements. But they never once made me feel bad about the situation I was stuck with. Quality work done by kind humans.

We had an engine light on for one week after we serviced the car at a dealership they. Called us back checked it out Thursday and replaced the manifold cover because of an air leak and when asked if there was others problem to come they told us than the car will run perfectly no more issues but few miles later the engine light came on again we called Jame's tires
They took us right away to check It out we thought it was maybe an 02 censor disconnected or bad he checked the car and told us it was a bad catalytic converters. Hourra !!!! We had finally an answer for what went wrong with our car ! He didn't charged us for the diagnosis !

I brought my car to get an oil leak diagnosed and repaired. They said they would call me with a diagnosis before doing work. I was planning to decline work on the transmission pan if they suggested it, because I just serviced the transmission and I wanted to fix one thing at a time. They did not call before doing work and they serviced the transmission. I almost got charged for an oil pressure sender that was supposedly replaced until I asked questions about it and the mechanic came in the office and said he didn't replace it. The mechanic said he tightened the oil pressure sending unit, tightened the oil filter adapter, replaced an o-ring on the ATF line, and serviced the transmission with new fluid, filter and gasket and I had to pay over $200 for work that I did not authorize. Mike had a bad attitude when I was trying to calmly discuss what had happened. I said thank you and have a nice day and he didn't say anything except something like "geesh" when I was leaving. I got my car back with a plastic floor mat protector, and when I removed the protector at home I found big greasy foot prints on my carpet floor mat and surrounding carpet. This is my wife's car and she keeps it clean. She's a clean freak. I had high hopes for this place being that they are part of the Costco auto service discount program. Will you guys do something to make this right?
Update: It is still leaking transmission fluid.

Bought 4 new tires and their tire machine damaged my rims. No resolve since it happened a week ago. Apparently that is too long for them to take responsibility.

If you know anything about me i secret santa shop mechanics to do the dirty work for you. And there Not bad but not great. The less you know about cars the happier you'll be with them. I asked them to diagnose something I knew was a ujoint, they charged me for 2 wheel bearings and said they made a mistake that it wasn't the wheel bearings so it'll be $1000 for a $20 piece. That really happened so take with that what you will. They tried to give me a list of the other things that were wrong but it's like you guys just misdiagnosed a ujoint, why would I trust James tire for a diagnosis?? Lol

So glad a family member recommended James Tires to me. Went there for a estimate for work I was told I needed . Well I didn’t need it. They are honest and professional. I’ll definitely be using them for anything I need in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Love this place! Brought my 99 Chevy suburban in for an alignment and they found that the person that did my front end had messed it up and fixed it and fixed my oil leak and and they have me an estimate and did not go over it even though it took more work and more hours then they excepted. Would highly recommend them to anyone
