Took my car to get an oil change for the first time. My husband recommended it. I will be returning in the future for oil changes. The service was great and thorough. We were in and out within 20 minutes. I greatly appreciated my vehicle being vacuumed. Taylor was nice and helpful. His other employee was very nice and friendly as well. I highly recommend using their services.

I had to come back today due to a strange sound coming from the cabin filter which was replaced during my service. The service tech took the time to troubleshoot the problem and was able to resolve the issue. I appreciate him taking the time to fix the problem.

This staff was great with my truck, super efficient, showed me everything in person but didn't push any extra sales, and they were done so fast! Taylor was especially helpful with recommendations on other repairs I needed done but wasn't able to get with them. Definitely recommend!

I asked about the cost of the oil change. Was told basic oil change starts at one price but then told me my oil change was $14 more?
Reason my vehicle took 6 quarts of oil.
When I protested the manager took $10 off. Wanted to charge over $72 for a basic oil change. Lack of honesty. Very disappointing.
Anyone experienced with autos should know up front. When you are not honest up front you will not have me as a repeat customer

Customer Service was below standards for myself and Jiffy Lube for sure. Been to many back home and have Never been greeted by “what ya here for”? I surely wasn’t coming for a burger.
No energy or a feeling any of them wanted to be at work or give us the time of day.
Very sub par unfortunately.
