The customer service provided by Main Street RV (at their new San Tan facility) for our recent RV repair was next level. Will and Pete (the owner) were outstanding scheduling and completing the repairs quickly as promised from the first call. We went in for an exhaust repair and not only did Pete fix efficiently, he also took the time to answer questions and discovered a serious suspension problem that was previously missed by a different repair facility. He effectively resolved and we are much safer for it. He got us on the road quickly and the cost was so reasonable. We will definitely use them again and wish we had found them sooner. Just can't thank them enough! OUTSTANDING!

Just bought a class A there. AWESOME sales Leon and Pete, and AWESOME service Will and Joe. Great selection as well. Stop here before you buy anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a new to us RV from this dealer. The salesman was great to work with. He talked us into purchasing new batteries for the coach which we did (lithium batteries). We drove the coach to our campground- about 1 mile and plugged into electric for about a month. When we left and got about 200 miles all electrical stopped working. We called the dealership and was told to take it to a specific dealer to figure out the problem and we would be reimbursed. NEVER HAPPENED even though we were told the batteries were wired wrong. The owner/manager wouldn't return calls and we have not been reimbursed - it's been a month. And now we can't get a license for it because the paperwork wasn't done properly. They knew it would be licensed out of state so I will have to pay penalties on top of taxes. No, I'm not a happy camper because I thought this was a reputable dealer and the manager/owner would do the right thing.

Pete, Leon, and Will are fantastic to work with. They went beyond good service. Would recommend them with no regrets. We left totally happy with our new to us coach. Pete, he is a fatherly figure:))) Sorry Pete, I just had to say that!!! :))))

Will, lead mechanic, is awesome. We had the gear on our lippert through frame slide break and he was able to replace the gear WITHOUT having to take the whole slide out. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend mainstreet rv!!!
These guys will help with just about anything you need done on your rv. Including solar panels. They carry AGM lead acid and lithium batteries.

Recently purchased a used Dynamax Dynaquest 260st. Wanted to get the generator serviced and had an issue with my hydraulic jacks. Will was awesome got me in right away especially with a trip coming up I wanted to address. A day later all was good. He and Joe in service walked me through what they looked and worked on as well as giving some helpful insights into things to do and not do. This was great since it was a new RV for me. I appreciated the work..time frame and will not hesitate to use again when service calls. Thanks guys!!

I've had my RV serviced at Main St. RV for a few years now. They always do a great job, in a timely manner, with good communication about the status. Will, the service manager, is awesome. He has even gone into the shop on his day off to facilitate me picking up my trailer. I highly recommend Main St. RV to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

Wow. I’ve never felt so insulted. Went to check out an RV. Maybe cause I’m younger than the average buyer of larger RVs that I got treated on a lesson of finance and got told to get a home equity loan to buy the rv. Whiiiccchhh is what caused 2008….
No attempt at working any sort of deal.
Got told to Google the specs.
Felt demoralized and wanted to leave after 10 minutes.
Will say prices are better than market if you can make it that far with them. Site was clean and well laid out.
