The employees are lazy, ill-informed and rude. I've tried this place a few times and it ends in disaster each time. Most recently I had a NAPA battery go bad. It was a year old. I took it in and they said it wasn't eligible Ronne replaced because this was the second battery that had gone bad and they only warranty one battery. The logic is crazy. You buy a $200 battery with a two year warranty that costs extra. THEIR battery goes bad after 1 year. It's prorated and replaced. The second battery goes bad after 1 year. They won't honor a warranty. Ridiculous. It took them 20 minutes just to look up the original sale while placing several phone calls on eternal hold. Two other employees ignored the customers and phones. The place is dirty. Wow. I went to Costco. Took 12 minutes, they took in the NAPA battery core, sold me a new battery (made by Interstate) with a no-questions asked 3 year warranty, bring it in and they'll give you a brand new one. The new battery I got was $119. NAPA offers no value, nothing. I'm done with NAPA forever. I've had similar experiences with them in the past. And they're probably wondering why their business is failing.

Went for 2 batteries for my 3500, 5:45 pm since I had just got off work. The young man on duty was rude, and I felt like he was put off by me showing up so close to closing and asking about the batteries and if he installed. So yes, he lost the sale, and I will not be coming back. I have dealt with this location before and had great service, but as customer service, it's your job to take care of the customers right up to close and yes I have worked over many times taking care of those that call or come one min before close!

HORRIBLE! Doug is a complete asshole. Zero customer service skills and looks like he hasn't showered in 2 weeks. Took back a water pump that I bought because it failed, which was under warranty. He refused to take it back because it wasn't in a box even though I brought a receipt with proof of purchase. Will never do business with this Napa again.

Great help and service. They took time to really get us the correct part. Our car had multiple possible part numbers. They event emailed us photos to compare while we were still on the phone with them. It's out of the way for me but worth the extra drive so you don't have to make several trips. ?

I recently stopped in this Napa Auto Parts store to get my headlights replaced on my car. Frank Mastalsz waited on me and went outside to change out my headlights. Frank was nothing but kind courteous and very professional, and it wasn't an easy job. This store should be proud of having such a knowledgeable man like Frank.

Frank is great here. Doug and Clark are AMAZING at problem solving. Smart and Kind Staff. Fast and friendly customer service. Above & Beyond here. I’ve noticed at this NAPA store they truly care. For sure they stand behind their parts.Highly Recommend !My friends & family love this NAPA location !

My 5 star rating really goes to the man working here. Every time I walk In I look to see if he’s there to assist me becsuse I have had the lady help me a few times and she always asks him so now I just go to him and if he’s busy I’ll look around until he’s available. I would say he is definitely a asset to the company and I’m glad he’s there to help! Thank you Frank for least being there to help and truly knowing your stuff!

Horrible customer service. When ask the staff for any help, you get ignored or they make it obvious that helping you is an inconvenience. Went there 3 times in 2 days, different staff and similar experience. Went to Power and Main, much better customer service.

I get tired of dealing with slow, rude parts counter personnel. It seems the other discount parts stores. Use Apache Junction as a training ground. They can't think past the computer screen. NAPA employees go the extra mile. I get the right part, the first time. I don't aways have a straight forward, by make, model, year, parts need. NAPA helped with motor home parts and custom projects. The other parts stores go into a tail spin. Thanks Apache Junction NAPA.
