“A Jewel. A Gem. And every other superlative. We are lucky to have this nursery in our own backyard. It beats all the big nurseries easily with regard to selection and price.”
“Wondered in after work to order a 15x22 piece of turf. Great selection and quality products. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was quick and inexpensive.”
“Phil the assistant manager went above and beyond to help me with a busted vacuum. People like Phil are the type of employees you want representing your business. I hope he is well recognized from the store manager. Keep this guy at your store as long as you can!!!”
“Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”
“I want to give a huge shout-out to Rafael and Michelle at the Home Depot on Superstition Springs (store #0456). My daughter’s AC unit failed at home, and she urgently needed a portable air conditioner. When I called the store, Rafael and Michelle were incredibly helpful and reassuring. They made sure my daughter would be taken care of and even helped her arrange to use my Home Depot card for the purchase.
Their kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find this level of customer service today, and I’m truly grateful to both of them for going above and beyond. Thank you, Rafael and Michelle. You’re both greatly appreciated!”
“WOW! What an amazing nursery. Great selection and prices. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything you need to create your landscape dreams or even replace old trees and plants. Come check them out. Still a solid and great place to get trees and plants. Everyone is knowledgeable and will tell you what you need to do”
“I would like to give a big thank you to Tom and Jayden in the tool rental department. I bought a lawn mower from their store about a year ago. Dew to health issues I was only able to use it about 10 times. It sat in the garage for about a year. Able to do my lawn now I tried to use it but it wouldn't start. Tom and Jayden walked me through getting it started. Turns out the carborater needed replaced. They showed me step by step on how to replace it. It runs like a champ now. Employees like them are the reason I stay loyal to Home Depot for all my home improvement needs. Thank you again Tom and Jayden. Sincerely, Barry Owens”
“Excellent LED lightbulb expert, impossible selection with no standard bulbs required interpretation for lumens for correct wattage, thankful for his support. (Then had a line behind me needing his support, great job!)”

“We stopped by the booth at Mesa Market on Mother's day. The woman and young man that were working were so knowledgeable and helpful. My husband bought me a small pot and if all goes as they said, I'll be back to get more. I'm not an Arizona native, Colorado transplant, but I love all the plants I have seen here.
They also carry pottery and next month is my birthday so pottery is on the wish list!”
