“Summer can be a bummer if you're a plant trying to survive the Arizona heat. Summer '23 was rough. We broke a lot of heat-related records. We even had nearly one full month of above 110°F weather. Our blood orange tree in the backyard sadly couldn't handle the heat, and so we waited until prime time to pick up a new tree. J-Wow was hoping to find a kumquat tree, and we found it here at SummerWinds and she was pleased at having been able to grab the last one. We even picked up a dwarf thornless Mexican lime tree to plant in the front yard. Was it a rough day of gardening? You know it. I am hopeful that these trees could survive the heat though. Fingers crossed.”

“Have been stopping by this Home Depot location the last few weeks! They don't have as large of a selection of appliances or gardening goods as I have found in some of the other locations I have frequented, but they are fully stocked with everything you would need for more home projects. I have also found the seem to have a bit less traffic then some of the other locations, which has translated to easier returns, lots of help and assistance accessible and quick paint time around! Every time I'm there I have multiple people asking if I need anything. This evening I received great assistance from the young lady at the paint counter who helped customize a few colors for me and really went above and beyond in making sure it was what I wanted! It was much appreciate and worth coming back to for the assistance.”

“I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. “I just arrived home from this Home Depot and had the experiencing of seeing gratitude for the staff. Alexia had a cart full of goodies, water, juices, and so many different snacks I could not see them all and the cart was decorated so brightly, I thought I had missed a holiday. It was great to see so many smiles (I was offered a snack, but it was for the staff - thank you). It seemed to be a surprise for everyone as a few staff gathered. The store was not busy and it was close to Noon. I am sure whose idea this was, but what a great gift of gratitude. Side note: I did take a picture, but need to figure out how to upload the picture). Today is a great day.”

“Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”

The crew lead by Caesar that installed the trees, reviewed the maintenance instructions needed over time/the variation in heat (!) Were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure that not only the trees were taken care of but the yard and raised planters were clean and finished. 5 put of 5 stars because we can't give them more!”
