Wasted of time and fuel. It says on the FedEx website that this location has FedEx shipping supplies and is a FedEx shipping center. But, I went there to ship documents and the said they are only a drop-off location. They only take packages that are totally ready to ship. Also, they have such little stock of items. It feels like a ghost town. It's no wonder WalMart has the market cornered. I also needed a few spiral bound notebooks. Their selection was pitiful.

I always come to this store because I like dealing with Brenda. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and polite. She is also very patient with someone like me who is not very knowledgeable about modern technology. She works in the printing department and I always need help and she takes her time to make sure I understand what needs to be done. She is absolutely fantastic.

Terrible customer service on Thursday 1/25/24. Was sent to this location by Amazon for returns. Not only did the two workers stand 10 feet away while I use the kiosk for Staples, but when I had trouble with the kiosk, as it had, no Amazon buttons to use, workers were rude and unhelpful.if Amazon is paying you to accept Amazon returns at your store, you better raise your game so that you’re actually nice and helpful, even if you are unable to process the return

I don't have any details, I went in to get a couple calendars punched with spiral binding and I bought a very, very, too expensive paper mate pen refill. Those pen refills are a terrible price.

I have had a lifetime of personal struggle in relating my words to what I need. It always becomes very apparent when I have to communicate with workers and my needs.However, this was not at all the case for me at the Apache Junction Office max.I needed some help identifying printer cartridges and quality paper and as always I was becoming increasingly scared to as for help.A young employee by the name of Destin came over to me. He kindly asked if he if he could be of service. Destin took all my worries away and even said that I was welcome to bring a laptop I purchased from office max. I left that store with such a good feeling of help and care. I so look forward to doing all my office needs through this particular store.Thank you

The Office Max in Apache Junction has staff working their counter where you place & pick up your orders that is rude and not customer service oriented. In the future if I use Office Max I will drive to a store in Mesa or find another office supply store, such as Staples to make my purchases.

I enjoy this store. I've always found what I needed and extras when I have time to browse. Recycling ink cartridges and getting refunds for doing so is a win win for my next purchase.
