If I could rate this place a -5 I most definitely would he is the rudest guy. Find someplace better to go if your looking to pawn should have focused more on his 3.5 rating.

Went in and asked how much an ounce of silver was, he said $38 dollars an ounce. Spot price is currently $29.57 and you know he's not paying spot to justify the nearly 10 bucks over spot. Seems predatory.

Don’t take jewelry here. Took a $900 ring here guy was very rude to my wife about looking at it and only offered her $45 for it. Terrible customer service and terrible buying prices.

I called the owner to inquiry if they purchased specific items like some laptops and a stereo. I was advised no and then he just hung up on me when i had more questions. Just horrible customer service. Def will never come here. Rather go down the street to the other pawn shop.

Has tools for sale in the shop but "doesn't take tools" and offers less than half of spot price on silver and lies about the spot price.

Terrible customer service. "Doesn't take tools" yet has a wall of tool related items. Lies to people about precious metal spot price and tries to lowball and then gets upset when you call it out.

Agree with another customer that this shop needs to shut its door because of business fraud. The owner is always cheating the clients. I called the owner on Friday afternoon(11/10) asking the price of 45 acp ammo price and the owner said it's under $20 per 50 rounds. Then the following morning I drove all the way down to the shop from Gilbert like 25 miles away and the owner said, "The price is $30+ for 50 rds and $65 for 100 rds." I asked him why he told me the price was under $20 per 50 rds and he said he was with a customer when I called. What?! Is this a reason that the owner cheats on a customer and does business fraud? Horrible experience and terrible owner. Stay away from this pawn shop to avoid business fraud.

Crunch time...right before closing. Came in and the two gentlemen where awesome. Very professional, listened to what I was looking for (short term loan) and made it happen. Would recommend again! Thanks guys

The worst place to do business if they will even do business with you. Very ignorant inconsiderate and disrespectful. Will never do business with this place and I love to support local shops but this one needs to shut its doors. There is a reason the parking lot is always empty.
