I completely understand the seriousness of the Covid19 issue these days. But with that said, I don't think I need to be mandated to about which way to walk down an aisle. And the 6ft safety distance at this Safeway has turned into more like 10 or 12ft. My last visit I was 4th in line and was halfway down the pet food aisle. Now by Safeway standards, what if someone needs pet food? And to top it off there were only 2 checkers......slow checkers. When I go to Fry's there are always numerous checkers plus self checkout open. This particular Safeway has been declining in quality for years. The help they hire doesn't seem to care if you're there or not. The younger new cashiers just stand and look at you. And the (I assume) assistant manager has a lot to be desired, more of a prison guard than customer service. I recommend Fry's down the road to anyone wanting true customer service and friendly people.

I was given a redbox gift card I tried to redeem it flowing the directions with not luck I called to tried to get help and they hanged up twice. I would not give this gift to anyone gift supposed to be enjoyable not a hassle and the wand I think the company don't care you don't have a business to go to they just take your money Ivonne Hidalgo

It's redbox and safeway, so it's a safeway kinda day; as you will be able to just dvd for a day and well, get your shopping for the food at its top kinda the line way
