Idky I keep giving them chances. They're so freaking rough. This woman dug into my thumb the entire time. I've been getting my nails done for years, and I do notice them skipping a few steps to rush and get you out the door. I got my nails done by them four days ago, and I just took this photo. I'm diabetic so, any injury; it takes.longer to heal. Everytime she works on me, she finds a way to hurt me. When I jerk my hand while in her hands, she just keeps doing it. I ask her to be gentle everytime I come in but I don't think she hears me. Skipping the pushing of the cuticles step, she does it in between lamp times. Everytime I pulled my hand out, there she went on digging into my thumb. And everytime she did it, I jerked my hand in pain. She didn't ease up. I keep cleaning my wound and wrapping it. Everyone asks what happened to my thumb, and I tell them the truth. Smh. I'm not going there anymore. They're salon needs work, as well as their communication. As a good business, they need to be aware that people may have issues where they may need extra EXTRA care whether they are notified or not. I can't imagine being this rough with a customer or client. They always ask if I want a pedicure as well, and inside my head I scream NO. I'd never let them go near my feet. As rough as they are, they might cause an amputation. ? That's how real it is for me. They need an investigation or, get Tabatha's Takes Over in there. They're mean as hell and unforgivenly rough.

Horrible. They couldn’t do what I wanted then they charged extra for everything. Got a pedicure they didn’t get my feet soft. That was extra. Basically put my feet in water. Cuz my nails. Then painted them!! I won’t ever go back. Even Charged me extra to take off my gel polish ! $5. Wow. Ridiculous! Very unhappy spent money and didn’t get what I wanted at all!!

Well, I was there awhile ago. And I went back. As it’s closer to me. I wanted to try a new shape as it was short oval. I was ok with it. He did not do a bad job. I accidentally broke my nail. My middle finger on my right hand. So I went I. To get it fixed and do a fill in. As he suggested. I didn’t mind. And changed the shape. As I am so so so happy with short oval to short I guess coffin. Like I guess sport coffin (short). Well he did a wonderful absolutely amazing job. I love my nails. I will definitely come back. I need to get his name. I will be gladly coming back to get my nails done at Regal Nails on 2555 W. Apache Trail,, Apache Junction, AZ. It’s perfect price and great service, very nice nail salon, and very clean. I have no problems with this nail salon. An amazing service and very well maintained. God bless!!! I’m so happy with my nails they are beautiful!!!!

The woman who did my nails questioned everything I asked her to do. She was gentle. This was my first time visit there because my regular nail tech was not available and it was a last minute appointment.

Beautiful nails by a male tech with spiked hair, HOWEVER, horrible job massaging - usually they do ur legs and up to ur elbows but he did not. He only did up to my wrists and didn't get my all of my calf and shin area. Also, when it came time to pay out of all of my cards (four) he said they wouldn't take- which can't be. And he kept asking "do you have cash?" That was really frustrating. He was just declining my cards! But beautiful nails.

I went here for the first time with an idea in mind and they delivered! Really love how they came out. The issues I have may be a personal issue, but it’s still a big issue.When I come into contact recently with bleach products, my fingers blister over, but never this bad.I developed blisters and burns to all my fingers to the point where the skin separate from under my nails and leak fluid all day. It is very painful and I’m trying to deal with it.Like I said, they did a great job with my nails, I love them. But my fingers hurt very bad .

Does not take card for tip. Employee was not very friendly and had an attitude of no care for the customer. Tugged on my hands and left the shape of the nail rough and lopsided. Definitely going to another salon.

The ladies did a wonderful job however was not told till after I gave them cash tip, that they do not take credit cards. Had to go buy something from Walmart & get cash out. They should have been upfront. Will not return
