Total time waster I was supposed to meet with Wayne. I drove all the way from Glendale to meet with Wayne and Mike Abraham Never even came out to see me wasting my time. Super unprofessional of them ask me to drive from Glendale and not bother coming hiding in the office like little cockroaches

I cannot rave enough about David Flores in the Service Department at Robert Horne Ford. If you need to take your vehicle in for service, ask for David at Robert Horne! I'm certain that he's the best in the state. David jumped through so many hoops to fix my Mom's car over the Thanksgiving holiday and went above and beyond in making sure everything was done in a timely and professional manner. If you're David's boss and you're reading this... he deserves a raise!

Went in for a recall item on roof window bug flap and they did an oil change, all new filters, new wind shield wipers, and a 100 point check and topped off all fluids. We prepaid 9 years of maintenance in advise, and they service was exceptional. We were very pleased.
