The truck was a bit dirty with mud but that didn’t bother me as it was clean overall. Ther was a scratch on the rear fender (1” long and maybe 1/16” wide) that I didn’t notice when I left the facility. They brought it up when I checked back in.
Another employee mentioned if I got the text that told me to check the vehicle out before leaving. I did not see the text and the employee that checked me out never mentioned tha I needed to check for a text message.
They didn’t make an issue of it but put me on the spot having to defend myself.

The general manager is the very best. She runs one of the largest locations with the most professional and organized manner and attitude. I have always been treated with respect and care.

The windshield was filthy in the U Haul and the climate control fan control was broken. The service was excellent though.

We reserved a truck online and the overall pickup process for the rental truck went flawlessly. Our representative was both professional and friendly. Once we returned the truck, we also rented a storage unit based on our initial experience, the location, and the overall ease of the property is to use.
Two thumbs up!!!

I went to pick up my U haul van with your after hours pickup program (Truckshare?) and the Uhaul system failed me. The vehicle I reserved was not available, it took customer service 30 minutes to answer the phone, and another 30 mins. to find a temporary solution, the u-haul app was having glitches and my entire schedule for the next couple days was completely sabotaged by this. The next day the manager at that location made my problem a priority and provided outstanding customer service and realistic solutions. I'm still not too sure how I would rate U haul but I would certainly rate your manager Amber Clayton 5 stars.

Easy, clean, and convenient. The guys were great and helpful. Plenty of options for what size truck you need. I got one same day and was easy to return the next day.

The rental process here was very easy. I was pleasantly surprised since this is a brand new location. I was expecting some hiccups since they are so new.
The woman at the front counter was quick to answer any questions I had and was able to get us into our truck quickly. I'm glad that there is a nice U-Haul location in Apache Junction now. It is unfortunate that I used them to move away and can no longer utilize their services. Lol!

The most on top of it staff ever. These ladies are top notch Ms. Amber and Jessica both help me with closing out my rental. I forgot a piece of furniture in the back when I returned it and didn't remember til the next day. I called a couple times on Monday and was unable to get a call back, on Tuesday I went to store and met these wonderful ladies...They welcomed me into the store and I advised them I returned a truck on Sunday After hours and forgot some furniture, and if they still had the piece of furniture...Amber went out to the trash bin and was able to confirm that it was still there. I was elated, Amber and all her shinning spunkiness advised me that they would get out of trash for me and that she would remove the fee for disposal since I came In to pick it up. Amber was the brave one who climbed the step ladder and in the dumpster she went ...she handed me the top, we handed her the step stool so she could get back out. These ladies work well together and saved me from my mistake. I appreciate the friendly and trustworthy staff at this Apache Junction U haul location. Customer skills outstanding. Would highly recommend this location for truck rentals, storage units , more moving needs.

If I could give this place a 0 I would.We are having to drive to another location to pick up a truck.What is the point of making a reservation that is close to where I live.The staff does nor know what they are doing.Steer clear from this place.
