I came in with an exploded phone in a tight situation and Everest helped me get a new phone for an amazing price! He was so kind and understanding, not to mention I was in and out in less than an hour! I will definitely be coming back!!

Jackie from Apache Junction was the best!! She helped my entire family get set up with new phones and it was seamless. I work 10 hour shifts so she even worked late to ensure I could transfer everything from my own phone outside of her work hours! Greatly appreciated the customer service and help we received! Would highly recommend switching from TMobile!

Lying scammers. The salesman convinced me to purchase an additional phone that I didn't need, saying the cost would be lower per month by purchasing three instead of two on a business plan.
This was of course a total lie, and now I'm stuck with a monthly bill that is $64 higher than quoted. When I called to complain about this he kept blowing me off and saying he would look into it, until it was too late. Now I'm wasting hours of my time calling Verizon, and am locked into a bill of $254/ month for three years. I am a small business facing so many increasing costs, and this one is just insulting since it was something I did not need.
The salesman is still working there and I can only assume still scamming people to increase his sales.

Jackie is easily the best Verizon tech we’ve ever worked with. We’ve had bad experiences at other locations and she treated us perfectly. We upgraded 3 lines in a hour, saved 60% on our bill. We also got home internet for half the cost of our current provider. Thank you Jackie!!

This store is absolutely amazing! Jackie was truly heaven-sent. She helped us quickly, knew exactly what we needed, and went above and beyond to save us money. Terrible experiences. Do not go here, go to a corporate store!! I have spent hours trying to resolve the issues created from my experience here. The rep did not process my trade in. Did not honor credits for switching from another carrier. Added insurance despite me clearly declining it. And dealing with consumer cellular has been another nightmare (this store is not corporate and is through consumer cellular, drive a little further to a corporate store and save yourself a major headache)
