Network Automotive has been our go-to for repairs and maintenance for our car. I can always trust them to be honest and professional. They are very thorough when looking our car over during a service request. And their communication is great! We just took our car in to have the a/c repaired. They had us up and running in less than two days. I highly recommend Network Automotive for you vehicle needs.

My husband took his vehicle in for a heater core replacement. They changed the thermostat, put coolant in. No heater core wa replaced. $700. They forgot to put the shroud on. He took it back to get the shroud put on. They said there was oil in the coolant. They replaced the English gasket. Still no shroud was on the vehicle. They charged $2000. No oil could be measured on the dipstick. Someone wasb driving the vehicle when he went there this AM. They texted him yesterday and said the vehicle was finished. They said that he was doing a "test drive", after they said it was done. There is no measurable oil on the dipstick. He has to drive it back with no oil measuring on the dipstick!

Brought my vehicle in with an engine noise diagnostics said the engine was not repairable. I located a 100000 engine for $1100 1 year warranty unlimited mileage. When the shop got the engine they told me it needed timing chains(they never heard it run) .I contacted supplier .Replied they have tested the engine and it was fine. Network automotive after getting called by supplier agreed to install with voided warranty. Had it done. They charged labor 5 extra hrs at 150/hr.Drove 1 mile engine light came on.Brought back and they erased code . Dealership labor 13.6 complete with transfer of parts Network charged 18.6 Wanted to charge to repair engine light issue. They also doubled the price of the engine that I quoted $1100 for they then charged me $2242.

I've used Network for years and have always been happy, but Richard and the crew in Apache Junction have really gone above and beyond. I recently used another location and later discovered that a mistake was made, causing an oil leak. I spoke to Richard and he not only found the part I needed and prioritized the repair, he did the right thing by waiving the cost. I don't go around looking for free stuff, but I admire a business that will take ownership of their rare mistakes and make them right. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend this location. I am new to this area & needed to find a repair shop. I ckd on line for referrals & decided to call here. So glad I did. The mgr. Tom was courteos & professional. Explained repair I needed. No pressure to do other add ons like most shops do. Repair done in a timely manner. Very happy with chosing this shop & will be my go to for any maintenance or repairs needed. Again I highly recommend this shop!

I took my 2014 Jetta TDI in for an oil change, and because the oil filter is not one that most shops would have in inventory I bought one and left it on the passenger seat so I wouldn't have to wait for an oil filter to be ordered. I later discovered that that the oil filter was still in the passenger seat, I took it back and he had "forgot" to replace it!!!! Today I find out that the under pan of the engine compartment was torn lose instead of removing the screws. It appears that this shop and their mechanics can NOT be trusted to do the most basic mechanical tasks!!!!!

I needed an alignment and was referred to this place, thank God I made the decision to come here, Chris (manager) was very friendly, courteous and professional. Could not have asked for a better experience than this. After it was all done he explained what the read out was before and after. I will definitely be coming back and giving him my business. Military/Veterans discount was also applied

I thought I found an honest place to take my vehicles to after my first experience. After three other experiences I had where I actually caught them lying to me about doing work I payed for but they did not do, I can not give zero stars because I would!! Chris and Shawn have lied to my face about work that was clearly not done! Very dishonest and lazy shop!!! Pictured is what I found after I was told they changed my oil! Today I was told my tire pressure monitoring system was bad and they filled my tires to recommend pressure, but the tire shop down the road told me my sensors are all good but all four tires have low air. Another lie to my face from Shawn this time!

They took weeks to get my car fixed, and once it was, the day we picked it up, their employee Jose offered to help us get our car home and instead, stole it. I’ve never been more furious in my life.
