Terrible! I only called once and the guy was very rude. I asked if they had a particular medication in stock and he said he couldn't tell me and that the provider has to call or send them the script or I have to bring it in and only then they will tell us if they have it in stock since it is a controlled substance. I told him that I have literally been calling 5-20 pharmacies every month (15 today) for the last year looking for medications and have never been told that they can't tell me if they have it in stock. He put me on hold for a minute, then came back on very snarky "The pharmacist said that they cannot give out information about a controlled substance without a script from the doctor. If you want that information, only your provider can call for that information." I told him that the doctor office will not call around for me. That is my responsibility to find the medication and then tell them where to send the script. I told him that I have called several other walmart pharmacies and they tell me if they have it or not, every time without question. This is the only pharmacy that is doing this. He wouldn't listen and was very rude. If he is literally the only pharmacist insisting this is an official rule, don't you think just maybe he could be misinformed. My doctors office doesn't have the time or the staff to call around to 10 or more pharmacy's for me and I wouldn't expect them too. FYI, I made a huge mental effort to not sound rude, even by accident. I work in customer service and I know how hard it can be. I was just talking and explaining my point of view and experience and trying to understand.EDIT: I told another walmart pharmacy nearby about that call I made to this store. The tech was surprised, but the pharmacist did say that it is technically a rule, but no one follows it right now because of the medication shortage. No one enforces it because it is not practical to follow that rule and they know it. So it is a rule. He was technically right. BUT they didn't need to be rude and realize that it is currently an out of date rule and you need to accommodate for the times. I gave them a star back since he was right. It was still handled very poorly on their part. They are still not willing to work with the customers/patients on getting medications when literally every other pharmacy is. I am still not going to make my doctor call them just to see if they have the medication in stock. That is ridiculous.

The hours listed here say that they are open until 7pm. I called at 1:10pm to check if my prescription was ready for pickup. Was on hold for 8 minutes. Told the pharmacist my script was sent in yesterday evening and asked if it was ready. She said no it was not sent yesterday it was sent this morning. I didn’t care about that I just wanted to know if it was ready. She said it’s ready and I said great I’m on my way. Got off the phone at 1:20 and arrived at the pharmacy at 1:33pm. Pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2:00pm. Lunch Hours are not listed and now I’m sitting here waiting for them to reopen. Horrible. They also do not send texts or emails to let you know the prescription is ready for pickup. Send your prescriptions to CVS instead.

When calling to get a RX transferred, the phone rang at least 15-20 times before anyone answered. They had a RX waiting for me which I asked them to transfer back to the Walmart in Lake Chelan, WA. I was told they couldn't do that and I would have to find someone that could. This was 3/13/22 at around 4pm. The person was not helpful at all and said he would just go ahead and cancel the RX. I felt he was rude and NOT HELPFUL at all!! I will not use your Pharmacy ever again.

Called Walmart pharmacy, doctor called in new meds beginning of week. I still don't have any text that my meds are ready for pick up. I called pharmacy, phone rang for 5 mins then they hung phone up on me. This non stop ringing and no one answers phone is constant. So how am I suppose to get my meds delivered to me or pick them up. Finally contact corporate Walmart and reported them. Called day 2, phone rings for 5 mins no one picks up, then they hang up on me. Why have a pharmacy business phone if you never pick up. Horrible way to treat customers .

I called the pharmacy at 5 different times today and let the phone ring until the line auto-disconnected (80-90 rings each time?!?). No one would answer. Not even "Walmart Pharmacy can you hold please?"

Very friendly staff, they typically fill prescriptions fast. They're doing the best they can. If you have something negative to say, I suggest you fill out an application since you think you can do better.

Hey dumn a*** When there is only 1 pharmacist they to close down. Not so they can all go to lunch together. Ask a worker why they wetr closed. Easy to do, doesn't take much effort either Pharmacy need s more help. The whole store does but corporate won't give the stores the hours to hire Called micro managing. Yes insulin is a good price.

I have never understood why anyone would purposely choose this pharmacy. I do for the sole purpose that Walmart has some sort of deal with the big pharma companies for insulin that allows them to sell it for a huge discount. But shopping here is a royal pain. The staff is curt and treats everyone like a number. What a difference from Osco where I usually shop where I'm on a first name basis with everyone and who will even call me at home if they see something not right with my dosing or they can do something helpful for me. The last straw was today when I went to pick up a refill of that critically important insulin. I tried refilling it using their app which informed me that it was "unable to locate my record" yet when I refilled it using the automated phone system there was no problem. By the way they have a special window at the store for people who use the app and there is never one person at it, and never a pharmacy staffer manning it. Gee, I wonder why? I got a text message that my order was ready and it stated that the pharmacy hours were 9-9 so I went right over only to find that all the windows had steel shutters down and the pharmacy was totally closed ... SO THE STAFF COULD GO TO LUNCH TOGETHER!! This is at 1:30 in the afternoon! This Walmart location serves a predominantly elderly retirement community whose lives depend on their medications. In summer outdoor temperatures can hit 120 degrees and these senior citizens have to go through a lot of effort to go pick up their meds, only to find that their pharmacy is shut down so the staff can go to lunch together. So they have to stand in line and wait, with only one small two-person bench - everyone else has to stand up. And as if that wasn't bad enough would you believe that the rest room was also closed down! So I ask the question again, why would anyone purposely choose this pharmacy?

Worst pharmacy ever they are rude and when you get fed up with them they just threaten to call security. The black guy that works here is very rude i dont know how you can treat people like this and still have a job. 3 people in line ahead of me and it took over an hour to get in and out because 5 people are standing around in the back joking around instead of coming to open more than one register.
