We are temporarily living here and I am not thrilled with the timing of a water line break. It is hard to live without water. I have been paying $9.00 a day for bottled water, but they do not offer to reimburse you. The laundry room only has one working dryer. They do not mention it, you just wash your clothes and when it is time to dry them some are marked out of order but one wasn't labeled and it took my money. Thinking of going to Williams to do my laundry.

doesn't recommend Interstate 40 Grand Canyon RV Park & Campground.June 18, 2021 · I don't even know where to begin on my review of the Interstate 40 Grand Canyon RV Park & Campground. Web site is nonexistent so don't try to get any information there. This place has a laundry room with six washers and six dryers which is great for a park of this size. At the time of our stay, three washers and one dryer actually work. The laundry area is locked up most of the time unless you can track down the manager to open it. Last load is at noon so they can lock it up by 2PM other than this, there are no standard hours. Similar issue with the pool. Manager reported that it is locked because people who are not staying in the park come and use it. There is also major problems with the electric in the park. as well as the water supply. Did not have water for 8 days with no communication on access to what may have been available. Bathrooms with rust eating away on the shower partitions, No compensation or pro rate for no water for 8 days. One area of about 17 sites are wired for 50 amp service and they are all on one 200 amp service. I'm not an electrician but the math on this does not add up. Our site was supposed to be 110 volt/30 amp service and while the breaker is 30 amp, today there is only about 96 volts. The rules for the place are taped to the walls in and out of the office (every where) or scribbled on white boards in the laundry area. Be warned, they do not provide any refunds of any kind. Even when they don't provide the services you paid for. I am unsure of how they have any accreditation with Good Sam with the current management and condition of the facilities. Will write a note to Good Sam as well. I should have taken a hint from my first impressions and kept on driving. Will NEVER stay here again and would only recommend it to my worst emenies.

Friendly staff, reasonable rates. They have a dump station, and I think it's $20 to use. They have water, and they sell propane. They have full hookups and provide long-term space rentals.

Really, NO wifi. Pool was closed and filled with algae. Bathrooms quite the disappointment. Showers didn't have anywhere to set anything down (like a bench or something), hooks were broken. Note on the wall said that the owner was sick of cleaning the vomit off the walls. I wouldn't have used if I wasn't so dirty from my exploits. As it was, I slightly cleaner but wouldn't use them again or recommend that anyone stop there unless they had to. I've been on the road since 2020 and have seen many more that were way better. YMMV but i doubt it.

I'm giving stars. The park itself is doing tons of improvements. Pool area, laundry got brand new washers and dryers, all the pull through sites have nice stone pads, decorative fire pits, new electric services and are long and level. When I walked the park I could see they are working hard. The gentleman at the desk was kind and helpful, the park was quiet and we slept well. The town itself has a lot of empty abandoned buildings including an old motel across the street. If you roofing for a nice area, dry e on by, but if you want a decent place to pull in, get rest, do laundry, then stop on in.

Paid $53 for a site without hookups. The showers were $6, but it must have been included in our price because we did not pay extra for them. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It looks like they bought recently and are making upgrades as they can.The sites were clean and far enough away from each other. The main building was clean and cute, with games and a lounge to hang out in.The bathrooms were clean, and signs said the fee to use showers was going to upgrades. The water was hot, which was all we cared about.Overall a great place to stay. We were an hour from thr Grand Canyon, quiet and peaceful overnight.
