I have not personally used this service but I have several friends that have. I know that there have been complaints about the service but I have found the owner ready to help the community and is personable. The mechanic world is tough and you can never please everyone.

Took my van in here for a second opinion after getting a repair estimate in Buckeye for over 1800 for several things they said needed fixed. This guy was really honest and the van only needed one of those repairs. His prices are fair and it's quality work. I'll be bringing my van in the future for any repairs it might need.

From Ohio and gambled on these guys and won. Broke some parts on my suspension after taking a wrong turn while looking for our cabin. They were able to get us in right away, fix the suspension/ front hub and not break the bank. Super friendly and even helped arrange an Uber/taxi back to our cabin while the repairs were made. The driver was almost a tour guide and provided a ton of information about the area. Would strongly recommend them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

#1, he is honest, works with you if bill is high, to bad he is owed a lot of money from Ash crack neighbors, if tou dint have his number you will have to go to the guy on the end of route 66 that is terrible, should have paid their bill, the best mechanic a MMA coach can find, thank you Patriot auto.

Do not use this business ever. They are crooked as they come. They a hole that owns it is a complete moron. They will break your car on purpose, lie to you about repairs and steal your money. They broke my windshield and dented my truck on purpose because they were to stupid to repair it and got mad because I told them so.

I would not let this place work on my kids go cart,let alone my car. He bent me over drained my battery left my window open in ,duct taped a garbage bag over it, didn't do what he said he did. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Total rip-off.

This is a never too late review regarding our encounter with Patriot Automotive. It was September of last year when things were a bit tight because of COVID. We were heading out of Flagstaff on our way home from a road trip around AZ. The engine light came on. Where to take it? We thought about driving back to Flagstaff and decided to push on to Ash Fork where we located Patriot via the internet (such great times we live in). Upon pulling up we were greeted with a cautious but professional demeanor from a couple of folks out fixing cars in the yard and thought "Oh boy, this is going to be tough". We went into the office and told them of our concerns. The folks could not have been more nice or more helpful. They assessed the problem right away and within moments were on it to get the part needed (alternator) to get us on our way. We were thinking that this was going to end up being an overnight issue. Nope...within three hours they were able to pick up the part from.....Seligman I think (where ever it was, it weren't close), got the part installed and we were on our way. They even chuckled that we got in just in time as they were going to close early that day. It was a reasonable cost to get the job done, they were expert and very friendly. I can not give this a high enough rating on how we were treated and the service we got. Thank you sooooo much to all for saving us and getting us on our way. Salute Patriot Automotive!!!! PS- the previous one star reviews...I can only gather that it was YOU that were one star in the whole thing. Attitude is Everything. Safe travels everyone.

Words can not express how great this family is. I broke down while driving thru, in freezing temperatures, inches of snow and a car full of kids. They picked me and my kids up, took us to a hotel, offered to take me to get groceries while we waited for the needed parts. (walking to get food in the snow with a 4 year old isn't my idea of a good time.) picked me up when my car was ready. Went above and beyond checking my fluids and making sure my car would get me and my kids home all the way in East Texas. Time for the bill, terrified of what they could charge knowing I was absolutely stuck, they came in on the weekend to finish the repairs and they had my car. When I say honest fair pricing that is what I mean. Great Family, Great mechanic. although I hope I never need their services again, if I happen to be in Arizona I will definitely use them.
