Customer service here is amazing the manager and employees here where extremely helpful with exchanging a backpack for me. the manager went above and beyond to help me I couldnt ask for more from customer service.

Some super cool options and nice tactical-type attire, but a little pricey. That said, I did find a couple shirts on sale. Fit and finish is very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful! I’m told I missed a killer sale the week before, so I’ll definitely be stopping back in.

This is my one stop shop for all my outdoor and tactical gear. Their very friendly with the right amount of privacy given as well. The material and quality is worth the price.

My favorite place for tactical pants, graphic tees and socks.. Love it !!!. Employees are always great. Prices are good and it seems like they always have a sale going on.

I was only here to redeem a $25 gift card from Christmas. The merchandise appears to be for outdoor activities. Many of the items did not capture my interest. However, I did find a nice Keychain light. The experience was okay. I couldn't unravel who worked at this facility since the employees don't wear uniforms and did not say hello when I entered the building.

Bought my hard working husband a pair of work boots at Christmas time. Recently the sides split. At the store now and the guys are doing everything possible to help him get a new pair, no charge. Couldn't be happier!

This place is Disneyland for people that are into tactical cosplay or like to conceal carry while wearing attire that lets the entire world know they have a gun on them.Why 4 stars? 5.11 has marketed themselves towards public safety professionals but oddly enough there are no uniforms for sale in this store. I asked the floor person to point me towards the duty uniforms and he just sort of stared at me and pointed me towards some regular button downs. It's a nice store, but if you are looking for uniforms I guess you have to order online.

What a great store with knowledgeable and helpful people. They have a nice selection of tactical clothing. 5.11 Tactical is a great company and I would highly recommend them.

Great place to shop for good quality clothing. They even got me a pair of shorts from the back room as they are no longer on display in the store. Appreciate the great service and will be back for more.
