A and d Autobody got the job done and in time for our trip we had planned in a week before my wife was hit by another driver. When I told them of our trip that was coming up they said that if they couldn’t get it done we could wait (as it was all cosmetic damage) and get it done after the trip but would let us know if they could get all the parts needed and have it back to us in under a week. Well man did they come through. They also put up with my attitude that I had ( I blame lack of sleep, but still I should have been more patient) due to the radio not working after picking up my vehicle. It was a simple reset that took mere minutes. I want to say thank you for the job done and fully warranted. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I do I know where to go!

My complaint is partly my fault. I recently had A and D replace my front bumper. I have used them several times, but had an unfortunate experience on this occasion. I left a new expensive battery booster under the covered bed. When I picked it up, it barely turned over, which was surprising, but it started. Upon arrival home, it died completely. I was surprised they didn't charge it or notify me. I noticed a similar battery booster belonging to A and D, left in vehicle, meaning their knowledge of a weak battery. Next, I learned that someone had stolen my booster. My pickup cannot be jump started if allowed to go completely dead, requiring the dealer to programming the battery maintenance system. I had to have it towed, and paid $543.00 to the dealer to correct the problem. I reported the theft and was advised of security cameras regarding my booster. I have not heard back. Fortunately I have theirs which is the equivalent of the one stolen f(except mine was new) The manager was belligerent at first, but more reasonable later. He informed me they vacuumed it out, which was false. I have no doubt he believed that to be true. Obviously mistakes happen. I would use them again with more caution.

A & D did a fantastic job on repairing my daughter’s car. Their service was quick and efficient. They pay attention to detail and use quality products. I’m happy to have found a place I can trust if needed again in the future. I’m very picky and I was pleased to know that I would not need to be taking the vehicle back and forth until it was serviced to my satisfaction. The vehicle was broken into and they repaired the ignition, replaced the broken window, replaced the window seal, redid the tint on the broken window and repaired the scratches on the door due to the broken glass. Thank you guys for caring and for the excellent timely service!
