Horrible!!! Unbelievable that the ATM here will also not “read” my debit card. I do not bank here, but this is a CoOp ATM I can use. Please resolve this issue asap. Ironically the other credit union across the street has the same issue. If this is a service no longer available to other institutions, please make the banks aware. My drive is not around the corner. Waste of time and gas. Thank you

This bank was actually mine for fifteen years. I'm so glad I stopped using them for banking. You're always waiting a while, there are never enough employees to assist the clients, and each teller doesn't follow the same set of rules. To add money to a work account, I only need to visit this branch. I will no longer visit this branch. I'm not sure if this is specific to the West Valley but the branch is awful.

I used to love this credit union... not anymore. I've had to move most of my accounts elsewhere where. Just plain bad customer service. When you decided to reopen a branch on the west side who's bad idea was it to open the only bank in this area with no drive through!!??!!

I took out a home equity loan at AZFU because of the low interest rate. The loan amount needed to be deposited into a new checking account at AFCU that I could draw on. The application went smoothly. Accessing the funds was a nightmare. I wanted to do an electronic fund transfer (EFT) from the AFCU account to a brokerage checking account because it was more convenient to make periodic payments to a remodeling contractor. The EFT setup process was like I've never experienced, and required "1-3 business days" to complete. So I waited for it to be set up. I then tried to make an EFT. After I submitted most of the info, the system then told me there was a maximum of $2k per EFT per day, so i tried $2k. I needed $6k so this would require 3 EFTs over 3 days to complete. A day later I received a call from AFCU telling me their system wouldn't allow the transfer to go through. The reason being that my AFCU account contained my middle name and the brokerage account contained my middle initial. The routing number and account number were just fine. However, a day later I noticed that the $2k had been removed from my account as if the transfer went through. Then I received an email that the transfer did not go through, they were holding my money and I would get it back in 3-5 business days. Why on earth did they have to hold my money for 3-5 days where I had no access to it? AFCU is a bad experience waiting to happen.

This is a truly awful institution to work with. The branches are not sufficiently accessible and the online payment systems and phone based customer service practices are all predatory. Strongly recommend staying away from AFCU for all banking and loan purposes. They institute grotesque data collection practices for any financial institution you want to connect to AFCU for payments purposes and charge extra to pay by credit card on the phone.

I was very happy to learn Arizona Financial Credit Union was a "shared " co-op credit Union, where I could withdraw and deposit from there ATM with my California credit Union. Best of all no withdrawal fee. The deposit was in my CA account the very next day. Next I will check to see if i could cash a check. AFCU is my bank of choice.

Came in twice to open and account and the first time they stated I needed a different type of proof of residency. I was not informed I needed a an appointment so I returned and they were not busy at all. I was advised I needed an appointment and the individual who was helping me yesterday literally stated, “I would help you but I’m about to go to lunch.” Clearly these people don’t care about their customers so thank you for making my mind up for me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I can't believe this Dysart branch does not open Saturdays. They only have 2 on the westside that I'm aware of, and this one doesn't open. Wow! Great Customer Service! Please don't respond with "thank you for your feedback"
