Good sale service I was told by my son and husband, i dont doubt it. My car did run for about 3 weeks and now it's been parked for about 3 days just shut off on me at a stop light ? ?!! Had it towed to my house , called auto action they told me to call true fix to have my car fixed so we called the guy there he said he will fix it but We have to tow it to him!!so it will be my second tow out of pocket ? wasn't ready for the extra expense and not having a car to take me to work my point is before buying make sure you have the extra money for a towing and extra money for a uber or a rental to take you to work or have the extra money to get a second opinion.

john hickey sold me 13 sentra on 8-20-2021. and swore up and down this car was better then all the other ones, and that his (reconditioning team)in Glendale at drive now has fully inspected the car and everything checked out great. i did take it for a short spin, and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, so i purchased it. sat morning at approx. 9am i noticed right clinking on brakes drivers front. got home took it to brakes plus. THEY DISCOVERED A BOLT WAS MISSING FROM DRIVERS FRONT CALIPER. along with 10% rear brakes on pads. no turns left on rotors. and 2 severe leaking struts. ohh and engine light on. bad throttle body. LEMON MIGHT WE SAY?? that bolt missing on a caliper and 10% pad life could have been deadly. yet when i brought it to this companys attention. i asked to swap to another more reliable car. but they refused. 2nd i received an email from john hickey stating this is comical for you to think you were in danger due to a missing caliper bolt. YET THE RECONDITION TEAM ON WEDNESDAY PUT NEW SPRINGS AND STRUTS IN FRONT, AND REPLACED REAR ROTORS AND PADS. BUT WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME ANY DOCUMENTATION OR RECEITS OR REFUED TO SHOW ME THEY DID THE WORK. SHADY??? and also lied to say for extra $90 i have insurance. come to find out. that $90 so called insurance paper was not valid if i was pulled over by police. I NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AND ACCORDING TO AG OF AZ THIS FALLS UNDER LEMON LAW IF ANY MAJOR AUTO COMPONENTS BREAKS WITHIN 15 DAYS

Ennis was great to work with, pretty easy process from start to finish(getting the car)
The problems that emerged were that my car blew a head gasket, and I had one hell of a day sitting in the car(100degrees) outside waiting to be towed.(not their fault though)
They then set me up in a different car which I’m still not entirely satisfied with, but it goes places I guess. For anyone considering purchasing a car from here, definitely talk to ennis he’s great, and also consider the cost, with no credit it can be pricy with working a minimum wage job, and they’re call center is ruthless ?.
