I have had the worse experience with Avis daughter ended up in the hospital I communicated this with them I even asked for it to be extended but no they wouldn't do it saying it was a system issue and now I have an extra 510 fee on my receipt, then when I called about it the manager said it was damage to the car when it came down to it I told him about the damage before I left with the rental he circled and initiated the damage on the inspection form but if I didn't call he was about to write it up against me when in fact he was driving the car previously so he made the damage. Horrible experience, frequent customer and Avis preferred

My fiancé and I had a reservation, called and spoke the the guy in the office and confirmed pick up at 4. We pay to Uber with our 3 year old daughter to pick up our reservation just to get here and find out this guy left early and despite confirming the reservation with him, there’s no way to pick it up. There was also another customer in the parking lot at 3:45 and they stated he left early because he wasn’t there either. He didn’t cancel our reservation either. So now my 3 year old, my fiancé and I are standing in the parking lot with 115 degree heat waiting for yet another Uber to take us to sky harbor to the other Avis rental company because we had to call the call center and get help.

Great service . But unfortunately I was lied to about the holding fee not only that but they charged it twice . If you want struggles and not have a good vacation come to these guys . I would not recommend ever again . They have some fraudulent action going on . With them stealing deposit and acting like they didn’t have written down . Last time I go to rent a car first time experience and last time . Wanted to rent a Tacoma like I put a deposit on and completely lied to and was told they never had a Tacoma in stock . So from being lied to in separate categories . I repeat I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EXACT AVIS . Just over all terrible experience

Not a great customer experience. Initially they said one hour grace period for return and when I returned they say 30 mins. I returned 3 mins late and they charged me almost one day rental. Not good. They go by books.

Made a reservation days ago get there today to pick it up nothing available.. and the dude behind the counter was extremely rude about it. Accused me of making my reservation the same day I tried to pick up my car which was not the case. I have made the reservation several days in advance.You know how to take the reservation you just don't know how to hold the reservation

They try to take money off your card after the fact. They trying to charge me for a cracked windshield even though the site where I rented it from gave me a slip stating it was already cracked. Then he didn't like my rate I got car for from other dealership and tried to change the rate I had to call original dealer to get rate changed back. Watch this guy he's a crook I'll be reaching out to BBB to report.

I had goofed and made a reservation at a neighboring car rental agency for the wrong day. They didn't have any cars left on the day we needed it, so we drove over to this AVIS and tried. The gentleman was so nice and accommodating. He had to override a couple things because they cut off walk-in rentals at a certain time on Saturdays and we arrived past that time. He got us the car but then said that the computer kept assigning it as a week-long rental even though we just needed it a couple days. He had to do a little more over-riding to get it where we needed it. Its quite possible he charged us the weekly rate when we drove off with the car. However, there was a little bit refunded when we returned it, so I think it eventually evened out. The guy working that day saved my behind because all rental places close early on Saturday and we didn't have time to try out another place if AVIS didn't have anything for us. I'm so grateful for this location pulling through.

This place is terrible the doors were locked at 10 am no one in sight even tho the sign says open stay away from this place never again will I go there
