I took my car for a scheduled oil change and dropped it off at 8am. I did not receive a call that my car was ready until 5:45pm. I don't know how they expected me to get there in 15 minutes when they close at 6pm. Extremely unprofessional. If it was not for the sales manager figuring out how to get me my car I would've had to wait another day. The service department tried to make it sound like they were doing me a favor by providing a late pickup after they had already left and closed. I don't understand how people who had appointments way later than me were able to get their car and called before me when I am literally like the 3rd earliest appointment time.

Very poor customer service, Donny Gonzales was rude and unresponsive, I will never bring my vehicle to any Larry H Miller businesses ever again. DO NOT USE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THIS FACILITY! It took 2 weeks for diagnosis and 4 days to order parts and repair. Why did it take 2 weeks just to look at the vehicle?

I recently visited Larry H Miller dodge for an urgent truck repair, and I must say, their customer service and repair efficiency were exceptional. From the warm welcome to the prompt completion of the repairs, every aspect of my experience was impressive.Junior displayed a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The service advisor listened attentively, explained the repairs clearly, and provided regular updates on the progress. The technicians worked efficiently, resolving the issue ahead of schedule with meticulous attention to detail.I highly recommend Junior for his outstanding customer service and swift repairs. They exceeded my expectations and demonstrated a true dedication to their customers. I will undoubtedly return for any future automotive needs.

Customer service is non existent donny Gonzalez is incompetent. Lies and giggles on the phone call. Simply asked how long for a diagnosis... his reply I DONT KNOW I HAVE CARS STILL HERE FROM THE MIDDLE OF APRIL... he was not professional at all. The car has been there 8 days. This has not been a pleasant experience .

Horrible service, not responsive and never on date scheduled for pickup. I had a very hard time reaching Jorge and was never able to speak to him even when told by people that he was in his office. I dropped my car off on a Monday and got told I was supposed to receive the car in 3-5 days, I never got a call back until the next week on Monday I got told I had to pay more for another part which I was fine with and he told me the car would be done either the same day or the next day being the latest, I never got called until Thursday even after trying to get a hold of Jorge and leaving him voice messages, I picked up the car and the reason I took it in for is still being a problem. Mad is an understatement for what I feel right now knowing I'm paying more for service that is supposed to be good coming from a dealership.

I've read some of the reviews and certainly was hesitant to go and look at a truck I liked. I did go and look at the truck and was treated extremely well the entire time I bought it. I was introduced to the service department and more of the same. It makes me wonder about reviews in general even though I'm writing one....

Rude service advisor, wanted to charge me $170 diagnostic fee to reset something simple and told me I would have to wait at least 5 days before they could even get to my vehicle, when I asked if they could see if another LHM dealership could get me in quicker, he told me to do it myself… so I went to a different LHM dealership & they fixed my problem within 5 mins of arriving AND did it for free! Regret buying my truck from this LHM dealership in Avondale if this is the kind of service they provide…

Sean Clarke and crew went over and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect car after her car was totaled. Clarke looked everywhere for what she wanted, gave her every option, had incredible patience, and at the end of the day was able to get her into a 2022 Challenger. This is our second car purchased thru him and doubt it will be our last.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! Extremely dissapointed if i can put a -0 i would! I wont ever recommended them again. Brought my car in with service complaints(battery drainage) told them alternator wasnt the issue because i was certain but of course they insisted it was the alternator along with the battery. when i picked it up i told them ill be back thats not the issue!!!! $1,000 later same day i picked it up i noticed battery voltage was still low called them just to be told i was just nervous, 1hr later a/c stopped working took it in the next day to be told it was fine. forward 3 days later car battery died again took it back to dealership now to be told its the a/c compressor and clutch got stuck and burnt stuff. NOW they expect me to pay for that also after i payed for something that wasnt the main issue! they changed things that did not need to be change and did not solve the issue! im so dissapointed this is the second vehicle i buy with them and i will never again buy another car there worst thing is i use to work for larry miller mazda and volkswagon! ill make sure to spread the word on social media etc so people dont come visit your dealership. They made me feel d*** just for being a girl!! as if girls cant know about cars also. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

Worst mechanics a dealership could possibly have. Straight out of middle school mechanics that can't even install a switch properly. They literally installed my windows switch BACKWARDS. $6000 in repairs and they couldn't even tuck in the carpet in my trunk, probably too hard of a task for them. We won't even touch the subject that the car came back with missing pins, or the $15,000 exhaust system they offered made by Ferrari im guessing (this is charger rt). In other words stay away from this groups of idiots.

My man Adam!!! During my time here at the dealership I was really impressed by Adam Martinez; in which is quite difficult for me to be impressed by a Car Salesman, he was very keen in his knowledge in the vehicles, and overall his Demeanor and energy was phenomenal.
