Waited in business line for a while before someone decided it was time to tell me it was actually closed. I don't mind, but I do mind the teller going on about her business and them failing to notify me while the line is building up... unprofessional.

7 people in line and only 1 teller. The teller went to the back for almost 10 minutes while everyone waited confused. When she came back, still only 1 teller servicing the customer base.

I haven't been to a BoFA yet that doesn't have a line outside the door. If I had to do in person banking often, I would close my account and go elsewhere. There is NEVER more then two tellers and most often there is only one.

Seriously one of the worst operating Bank of America locations. Between the long lines, lack of initiative by branch managers and supporting staff. This branch is in serious need of reform. 40 min wait to speak with a teller the branch manager should be ashamed for not stepping in

Very disrespectful customer service at this location. Me and my wife waited for almost 1 hour to speak to the banker and 5 minutes later we were inside the office she start looking to another employee behind by back because she has another appointment. Oh wait for 5 minutes it will be quick. Why do I have to keep waiting. So my time worth nothing to them. Never again I will be in that location

Standing in line as I type this. Workers are nice enough but the problem is the line is out the door and there are a total of two tellers. There are people everywhere. I see the other reviews share the same sentiment. Horrible customer service here. The worst part may even be that the Yelp listing says it isn't claimed which means they probably don't even monitor their own Yelp site/reviews.

Worst bank ever!! There are litterally 9 employees here and 15 people in line with 1 teller open! Some dip s*** manager just stood at the door for 30 minutes while we all waited for the 1 lady to help us.. Just goes to show they will have 8 people to get your business and only 1 to keep it!

Simple Review: Staff are nice, or at least, not mean. They know their information. They try to be helpful as possible. However, everything falls apart when there either isn't enough staff members or manager(s) who couldn't manage the place right. I always have to wait 10 - 30 minutes just to access the safe box, which is seriously easy, simple, and fast to do. I guess my longest wait is 1 hour is the time that I'll have to write a review of how terrible the wait is. It just sad.

Worst bank ever, since our account is a business account we have to deposit everyday and the lines are horrible! There's only one teller and the line is always 8 people or more, yet there's other employees from there just walking around or sitting at a desk. It used to be nice when they had a personal and a business line and of course more than 1 teller. May I add that the teller is never happy, looks like she's forced to be there. Very Disappointed of this branch!

I am typing this as I am standing in line. The line is extremely long, I have been waiting for about 40 minutes. There's one teller working, two are in the back laughing and making jokes and another teller is walking around. A customer cut the line and the teller helped him out, while there's 15 people waiting in line. The absolute worst, I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Because the company I work for banks with this bank, I'm forced to go here to drop off deposits and get change. We try coming to this bank at all different times of days on different days and we're always disappointed. We're usually in a rush to get back to our business, but we never wait less than 20 mins in line. The thing that bothers me the most is they refuse to staff enough tellers for the crowds they get. Monday's and Friday's are usually the busiest days for banks and they only ever have 1 or 2 tellers working. If there's 1 person in line or 20 or it's the day after a holiday or not, they only ever have 1 or 2 employees. Can't a personal teller help out at the front to get the line moving if they have no appointments? Instead of the manager walking around the line trying to force people to use the many ATMs outside, maybe she could get behind the counter and help all the people that can't use the ATM for what we need to do. Or maybe their ATM could make business deposits and large amounts of change. But no, us business accounts have to wait in line for 30+ minutes every single time we need to come here. Very disappointing.

They obviously don't care about customers, only one teller at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. 10 people in line. So if you need to bank here be sure to use the restroom and grab a snack, it will help.

No customer service is why they have such terrible ratings but what do they care they just want you to use an ATM so they can get rid of all employees. Some Lady named Suzanne was to busy playing video games on a computer, rather then jumping on a teller window and getting people in an out.
