Best Buy is a good place to go for most electronics. The staff are generally nice, helpful, clear, and concise, with some described as super amazing, very knowledgeable, and professional. They provide great customer service, answering questions and helping customers find what they need. However, the chain store now has less and less products to choose from, and price tags often lack information, requiring staff to scan for details. While experiences are often fantastic or really good, some customers end up buying elsewhere.

I don't always write a review but I certainly will when I receive above and beyond great customer service! Both Luis and David in the car installation department were fabulous! They're friendly, honest & have great knowledge of their job. I would return to Best Buy for future installation because of their great service!
