Ordered a TV online for pick up & the customer service I received was just awful. Nobody greeted me- not even when I went to the register to pay for Other items I purchased. Then, while waiting for my TV to be brought up, I was standing by the doors waiting and overheard them talking about how weird my last name was, and just having their own conversation, not realizing that it was me They were talking about. I just Find it highly inappropriate to be making comments about somebody’s last name and to be unprofessional conversations in front of customers and then having the audacity to have bad customer service on top of it. I’d rather pay $500 more for what I bought at Walmart then deal with Best Buy again.

Taking forever to "process" my prepaid pickup order. Went in and grabbed it myself, took it up to the checkout and cashier says no can do. Manager comes over says he doesn't even know how to process it. Had to cancel the order and get the same product on Amazon shipped to my house for free. Avoid this location black friday 2023, they're untrained and unready.

Place won’t price match, bought an Segway g30 for 449 then less then 2 weeks later price dropped to 399. Wouldn’t recommend buying here they don’t match prices 2 weeks after I bought mine and the new price 50 cheaper. Stupid cooperate rules.

Geek squad received my surround sound system for a repair and told me there was nothing wrong with my product. I still am unable to use the system with my tv and they refuse to work on it further. I paid for the protection plan and everything. Buy your electronics elsewhere

Saw the open box MacBook charger online and they had it after asking one of the guys about it. They honored the price of online and served me pleasantly.

BestBuy if you don't have control of the items then don't presale said items and then not have them ready on the appropriate date. Just lost another customer to Amazon.

Went in looking for wifi extender and the sales guy that assisted me took his time to explain the difference in the brands and also guided me on the best bang for my buck.Will definitely go back

Horrible service, I purchased airpods & when I unboxed them the case and earbuds were filthy. When I tried to return them they accused me of replacing them with different ones and didn’t refund me. Disrespectful employees not helpful at all.

Manuel was very helpful it was obvious he was very knowledgeable and was patient in answering all my questions. He was thorough and willing to go the extra mile and find items I needed in other stores, also offered to order here and simply pick up at nearby location.

Their staff is always helpful and quick to assist me. Even when I'm unsure about what I'm looking for they can provide insight into products that could work for me. Today I purchased a phone and was short and concise about what I wanted; there was no pressure, just some great suggestions within my parameters and I was in and out of the store with the perfect phone in under twenty minutes. Thank you for your help!

I went in here to inquire about the iMac laptops I wanted to purchase. I’m standing there for a good 20 mins and no one bothered to even acknowledge the fact that I’m there. The young man at the register simply walked away without even speaking or taking the time out to say I will be with you in a second. Customer service is key and they had none, it was only one young man who seen me standing there for some time who had enough respect to approach me and ask me have I been helped. He called over his walkie numerous times to get someone to assist me and no one ever showed up. At this point I was fed up and left. But before leaving I talked to a manager who only said well we are a little short staff, short staff has nothing to do with acknowledging the fact you have a customer waiting for assistance and providing effective customer service. A simple hello I will be with you in a moment would have sufficed instead your employees ignored the fact I was even standing there and that’s rude, disrespectful, and bad customer service so this BestBuy lost a customer and a two thousand dollar purchase.
