Very filthy store trash everywhere clothes not folded or organized it’s all over the place. boots all over the floor that you trip over them no one offers help employees are just hanging around. My husband left irritated with the condition of the store. Not to mention the condition of the bathrooms I don’t think they have been cleaned since the store was first open so gross

This place is absolutely the worst Boot Barn I've ever been in. Ive been here a couple of times now. The first time i thought they had a big sale on or they were short staffed as there was clothes all over the place. The second time there were different brands on different racks, no jeans in my size that i could at least find. Not recommended if you have any particular brand or size you want. Save time and go to the Glendale store. That store is like the staff have OCD. It's organized. The acks have sizing in order. The shelves are also organized by sizes, and the staff are really helpful too.

I came into the store On 103rd Ave. in McDowell two weeks ago to try and find a pair of pants. Let me tell you it was like Easter all over again hunting through the piles of pants just thrown everywhere on the shelves and in the bins. But what I really noticed was how filthy the store really was with tags just scattered out all over the floor dust buildup. It literally looked like nobody really cared about the appearance. So I had mentioned something to the cashier can I ask you a question I said. What is going on with the store? Why is it such a mess and she goes you really think so I said well just look at the floor. There is stuff everywhere. It took me 30 minutes to find two pairs of pants the same size.

Aissa went above and beyond to help me find a missing boot I’d been searching for. Even when she couldn’t find my size in the back, she didn’t stop there—she kept looking around the store and eventually found the other boot. Her dedication and excellent customer service truly stood out. She’s a real asset to Boot Barn and definitely deserves recognition (and a raise)!

Went for some work boots was in and out in less than 15 minutes. People are friendly.

This store is waayyyy to packed and all boot barns are over priced , I still shop at them... but prefer to go to the store in buckeye over by Walmart, not so packed

Didn't have the Carolina boots I saw on the website and wouldn't order them for me. Claimed size 12 was unavailable so I went home and ordered size 12 from the Carolina Boots website. More workers than customers and nobody was helpful.

Avondale Store #00227 on May 11th, 2024. My Dad, was wrongly accused of shoplifting his own boots by two employees. Despite explanations and requests to check security footage, no apology was given. Dad felt discriminated and humiliated. We regret purchasing items while being accused, and we'll no longer be buying from there. Dad had bought those boots two months ago. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Hoping for an answer as to why those two employees did that and a sincere apology from Boot Barn. #byebootbarn
