I have been a loyal customer to this location for 6 yrs. What draws me to this location is an exceptional employee, Natasha. She truly makes each daily visit a breath of fresh air. She always greats with a smile that lifts spirits, when I'm having a bad day. Her professionalism, swiftness , contagious laughter will always keep me coming back. Her interaction with other customers and coworkers is exceptional. She would be an asset in any area of her expertise.

Our food was taking a little longer. The same employee who took our order came out and to let us know. She was super sweet and took care of us. Amazing customer service going the extra mile for your customer. Thank you

I ain't going to lie...my meal was good. They for sure made my breskfasy sandwich with love. It's very rare you go to a fast food joint and get your meal prepped past your expectations. I'd give them 6-stars if I could.

Idiots got the number 9 I said no lettuce what do they do instead pile the lettuce on seems like extra lettuce and no mayo. Thanks for the extra dry choke sandwich morons .

Went through the drive thru to get my food. Made the mistake of not checking the bag at the window. The staff had forgotten one of my sandwiches. I drove back and asked the counter for my sandwich with my receipt. They were apologetic and gave me some free fries for my troubles. Though this mistake knocks it down a star.

At 615am go to drive thru and they say grills are warming up and not ready. This isn't the first time, it happens often. If you open at 6am then grills should already be ready.

This review is very hard for me. I want to like this place as it is shiny and new, however the early morning staff is simply ruining what could be a wonderful breakfast experience. I will first say that a $3.42 for a cup of black coffee is alarmingly high. What makes the visit worse was how poorly the drive-thru cashier was handling guests. I witnessed some very rude behavior taking place with the order in front of me concerning an elderly couple, and I too was treated with a snarl, and two words; "need-receipt?" I certainly hope the manager/owners catch-on that this morning shift is hurting thier chances of running a successful business. Best of luck in the future Burger King!

Sign outside of door says dine in lobby hours close at 10PM. However, I came at 8:05PM, and the lobby is closed up for the day already.Does management know?Did your lobby hours change? If so, you need to update your customers and post the different time on your door.False Advertisement.
