The staff there are so kind, helpful and easy going. The place is always neat and organized. Drop off and pick up's are quick and smooth. The web cams are such a useful tool to keep and eye on your pooch while your out of town. The areas where the dogs are kept always appear to be clean with lots of human involvement. Our dogs love this place and so do we!!!

Pippa and Bella love their camp! I’m always grateful for the amount of love they receive. Leaving them is never easy but I know they receive the best care!

They are the best! We use them for day care. The quickly get to know your pet and greet them by name when they come in. They are so loving and make sweet bonds with the animals. My dog loves to bark the moment he walks in and the embrace it rather than get annoyed. We love them

Bear is becoming a regular and enjoys his time there. It's nice we can keep an eye on him when we are gone and they send updates on how he is doing.

We love how they treat our puppies Cooper and Winnie! They have someone monitoring them at all times and also we can view them. I feel my dogs are having fun and safe ?

I found this place more than five years ago when I started going to the Peoria location & they closed sometime during Covid. I then switched to the Avondale location. The people that work there are simply amazing! I took my dog Peanut there until recently when he had passed away. Fast forward a few months later I now have a new pet named Zoey. I Went in to take Zoey today for her interview and they actually remembered my dog, So kindly gave me condolences and came out to the front and gave me hugs. Maybe a small, but moving moment for me. I would never trust my pets anywhere else! Thank you guys for being the best humans possible to our non-human loves! ???

The camp counselors provide personal attention to the pups recognizing their individual needs/quirks and adjusting for them. Recently one of my fur babies, Lulu, passed and they were so sweet and thoughtful to provide me with this remembrance/sympathy card. I will never forget it and it will hang with the pictures of my Girlie Girl.

I was disappointed with Camp Bow Wow and expected employees and handlers to be dog friendly and dog protective. I never went on the “tour” they told me I’ll be taken on so I never got to see where my pup slept. I never received the pictures and updates I was told I’d be receiving from staff and actually had to call the facility a few times to check in on my dog. I thought this place would be safe for doggos to go to for extended stays during vacation periods of the summer but I was wrong and won’t be making the mistake of booking with this facility again.

We brought our dog in for an interview to determine her temperament prior to boarding. However, on the day we were scheduled to leave, I decided to call to verify/confirm her boarding. Much to my surprise there was no boarding scheduled for her, no reservation was made and we were to leave the state on vacation. The representative didn’t even try to accommodate and offered no explanation for the ball being dropped. We felt like it was a waste of our time to interview nor were we offered any tour of the facilities, which I have read on the reviews. Disappointed and glad at the same time because if this is how a human gets treated I wonder how are dogs really treated? We were not even given pics or a report of her temperament visit—-Avondale. You must do better

Great experience. My older dog has anxiety at tmes around other dogs. They called me while on vacation to receive approval for him to have more alone time and one on one with him. I approved and he received the care he needed along with my other dog. They were well taken care of by the staff.
