I don't feel taken care of as a customer I have called and reached out visa email multiple times about adding coverage to my truck. Im only staying for the low rate you guys have me at. You guys take my money but when I need you guys I don't feel heard. What if I was in a accident and I needed to get ahold of you guys are you guys going to ignore my calls?

Carlos Rosales agency is very professional and always goes above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs. Whenever I need a new/add on to my existing policy he always makes sure to explain to me in detail what my coverages are and gives additional options to make sure my needs are met. Worst customer service ever. Mariko orbe and Sarah Collins in the claims department don't do their jobs and follow up on claims. Sad when their own covered driver excepted liability on their part. 1 week later since crash on 01/17/23 and they have made 0 attempts at a resolution.
