Had my phone for 2 day, still glitches which is one of the reasons I took it in. Screen needed to be replaced due to cracks, and They replaced my phone power button and paid around $96 for the button and screen. After picking up the phone I went home, my phone still had glitching problems. Screen started cracking the very next day and all around my screen slowly spreading! Feels like they ordered the screen off temu and slapped it on my phone. Do NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I was at CellPlus repairing my laptop because of the broken screen and the treatment of the girl and the computer technician was excellent. I made the diagnosis at that moment.

This place has horrible customer service and communication. They dont call you when the say they are and your stuff is not ready when they say it will be and never notify you it won't. You get there to pick it up and then they say I dont know when it will be ready. The worst experience from a repair place. If I could give them negative stars I would.

This place is awesome!The staff here are very nice and knowledgeable about all products they work on,always have great quotes on everything.Also if you need a part for something that needs to be fixed they will order it for you so they can fix your device asap.
