Horrible. Oscar is rude. After waiting for over 3 hours for an oil change he told me my car needed to come back and stay for 2 or 3 days to find a leak. Doesn't make sense why an appointment can't be set and I take the car in to find the leak, but it absolutely has to be left. That is a huge inconvenience. After that conversation he said my car was in the wash that it would be a little bit longer all while my keys were sitting right there. He didn't say another word to me. Checked me out, gave me my keys and sent me on my way. I have been going there for years and unfortunately have the extended warranty through them. I guess I will just have to travel further to get good service.

The manager, Tim, took the time to meet with me to discuss my experience. He was very professional and ensured all my concerns were promptly addressed.Oscar is always a great help and communicates well!

The Larry H. Miller Service Department was horrible. I would not recommend this service location to anyone. I took my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a 3-day service job. The part had been located and confirmed to be delivered and the total repair done in 3 days maximum. It took me TWO WEEKS to get my vehicle back. I would call LHM and get transferred to the service department only to get voice mail. I understand they are busy. I would leave them a message, identifying myself, and my vehicle and asking to be called back to get an update on the status of my vehicle. I would not get callbacks. I continued to call and call with the same results. I called different parts of the LHM dealership to have the same thing happen over and over. I finally called the service department manager, only to get voice mail again. But, several hours later I finally received a call back from someone in the service department and finally received an update on my vehicle. I was told they were still waiting on a part, that should have been delivered shortly after I had turned my vehicle over to LHM. I should have read the reviews on Yelp first. Since I have canceled my extended warranty with LHM and purchased my own extended warranty that can be used almost anywhere. Please stay away from the service department at LHM unless you have a couple of weeks to spend without a vehicle.

After the last poor customer service provided by this place, I swore I wouldn't return. Well, we did. The only reason we did was because the only service we required was for them to program a key fob since we only had one key to our vehicle. They said we had to come drop off the jeep and leave it there since it would need to be programmed to the jeep. I thought that was a bit much but whatever, I just wanted it done right. We set an appt a week in advance and we dropped it off on a Friday at 10am. Jeep now does this thing where the service advisor sends you a text saying "this is your service advisor Oscar, you can reach me directly by replying to this text". Well, that did not help. 4pm rolls around and we've heard nothing. I texted the number back asking for an update on my jeep/key fob and no response. They close at 6pm.The next day (Saturday), I text again. No response. So I call them and I'm informed that Oscar is off until Monday. Well isn't that nice. So inconsiderate. Not even a phone call or even text to let us know that they would have the jeep throughout the entire weekend without even notifying us. Even for something as minor as programming a key to the vehicle. When I called and found out that Oscar (service guy) was out til Monday, I was also informed that my jeep was just sitting there and had not even been pulled back to be worked on or programmed. This is incredibly upsetting. What if I was a in desperate need for my vehicle? No updates, lack of appropriate customer service, lack of communication, no common courtesy, etc. I am officially done with Jeep in Avondale. They have no appreciation or consideration for their customers. Boooo, double thumbs down with this place. Let down after let down. Save yourself the let down and go to a dealership that might actually care about their customers!

Bad service will never get another vehicle from bought a challenger it's unsafe windshield damaged with all those pits all over windshield they tried to get me to have my insurance replace it and they would pay me a $ 100.00 dollars a no it's there responsible way bad service and there's other problems steering making noises and door squeaking bad .

Even when showing up to an appointment 10 mins early was told oil change is going to take 4 hours. This dealership always has its car wash down, they tell me my cabin filter and air filter need to be replaced even though I have aftermarket ones that require me to clean them so my guess is they don't even look at them. Also they wanted to change my battery and quoted 500 for doing this which is insane. All in all I will not be going back to this one.

I dropped off my Jeep with a couple issuesanother dealership found (my warranty didn't work with other company). They determined that one of the problems wasn't actually broken. They found the main issue and also found something the other dealership didn't spot. They offered to take care of that under my warranty as well. Mike was a great service advisor, the other advisors were great to me while I was coming to pick up.Service: Auto maintenance

As expected service. There is no let down in the service department. My appointment was honored with prompt and friendly greeting from Carlos Galvan. He checked with me for work to be done prior to and reached out via phone number given and text to ensure the work was done quickly and so I would receive my vehicle when promised. I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. They also did a 21 point inspection. Juan did a great job getting our car in for the service. He told us the car would be done in about an hour & a half. When I returned he let me know my car was being washed. Once that was done he called me over, reviewed the results of the inspection with me and then I was out the door. Great service!Services: Tire rotations

The customer service given by the sales and finance people was awesome and professional. I give Max Saucedo a rate of 5 stars for helping out with my new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, He was knowledgeable and friendly at all times.Our finance person was also excellent and had all our paperwork done without us having to spend hrs in there.
