Great place to do all your banking at. Less crowd like other banks. No 4 inch plexie glass to talk through. Very pleasant employees all the time. They even greet you by your first name. Wonderful bank. Much better then whom I did bank with for years. I’m very glad I switched banks.

Everyone has always been more them happy to help me even before i opened up my checking about about a week ago. Most banks will charge to cash a check if you don't bank with them. I do think the app should be updated and offer my options like to lock you debt card and so on.

Atm is always out of order. Currently over 10 days now that I know of. Can't bank inside they tell you to use the out of order atm or go to walamart. Useless bank.

Terrible service. They have closed the branch near me and now expect me to travel 15 miles to another branch. Tried to call general office this morning - 1 hr 10 min wait time. Tried to call nearest bank branch and just got a recording with office hours...no chance to speak to anyone.Will move account to another bank.

One star for the bank agent named Omar at the Avondale location. I called him regarding an important question about my account, he said he would call me back and I never heard back from him. Same with the Central location near downtown, they say they'll return your call after investigating the situation but never do. At this point I feel disappointed with Comerica and very low priority. I feel like it is because I keep a very small amount in this account because it is my bill pay only account so that's why I'm "low priority". I have another account for all my work check deposits. Anyway, bad service from the Avondale and Central location,but maybe with this review,you can see where you are lacking and improve.
