WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I've been to this store couple of times because is the closest one to my house.
First time I was there it was great but 6 months ago they got new personel and it became the WORSE CUSTOMER SRRVICE EVER!
First disappointment was 4 months ago, my wife and I had a trip to central America, I went to the store to add roaming to my lines, they told me they did not offering that service but I would be able to get texting and limited minutes but not internet.. I paid $60 for it, ( they usually charge my card on the 5th of each month, I went on the 6th). First thing in the morning of the 7th i had. O line on my phones, I called customer service and they told me my bill cicle was over on the 6th l, if I wanted my lines back on I would have to pay the $60 dollars again for roaming, meaning they charge me $60 because the guy at the store did not warn me my bill would be over at mid night.
Second time my wife went to do get a sim card, they did not wanted to help her because she did not have her ID on her, we showed the card we were getting charge from every month and it was matching the name on the account and they did not help us.
I've been with cricket for over 12 years and been to stores in Anaheim, Lancaster, Los Angeles, and in a few here in phoenix, and by far this is the worse as far (customer service) that people needs to get train on resolving issues. Not everything is bad, it is a clean store on a good shopping center. But the most important part CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

I was surprised how fast it was to open up a line on my account. I was in and out with no issues. I gotta say this is a 1st and the fastest of opening up a line i ever had. I highly recommend. Thank you for a pleasant experience ?

It was a super quick and easy experience. The staff was knowledgeable, and helped me out fast. BUY ALL YOUR ACCESSORIES AT THE STORE. I'm not just talking cases, but most companies don't put a charger in the box with the phone anymore even.
