Terrible service, June 27 2025 @ 1:40 PM I was attempting get more info for passport and instead of some identifying as a CVS employee I got a very irritated “what” than was promptly place on hold. Then no one answered, lastly they hung up on me.

I have always received great service.
I used to hate those EXTRA LONG RECEIPTS until I saw how much I can actually save.......now I LOVE THEM!!! 😆 🤣

This review is in regard to the pharmacy.
I have been a customer of CVS pharmacy for a little over a now. I was never absolutely happy with the service but continued due to the convenience of the location.
The workers are rude and very short tempered and unhelpful so I try to limit my interactions.
Not to mention CVS is a pricier store compared to Walgreens and other drug stores.
Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't allow for me to pick up my prescription once filled.
So, I decided to transfer my prescriptions back to mail order.
I was told by CVS pharmacy that they will not release the prescription as they do not solicit outside pharmacy business.
So now it's official. I will not use CVS pharmacy ever again. If I need immediate prescriptions I will go to Walgreens which have proven over the years to be a better pharmacy though a little further away.
CVS pharmacy will not get my business and I will tell anyone and everyone the same.
It's never a good experience from the long lines to expensive bills, it's just not worth your time and effort.

The best CVS location. The cashier Cas is always so nice and friendly and always has smile on her face. She always gives my daughter a sticker. It’s nice going to a place where employees are happy.

I have been using this CVS for a few years now and was very satisfied but lately I have been very dissatisfied. Why can't you get through to the pharmacy any more... I don't care how busy you are, someone should be able to answer the phone... Totally unacceptable.....

I love this CVS! The Pharmacist takes time to answer questions and treats me with respect. She makes me feel welcomed every visit. All the staff are amazing

Not helpful. It's a blame game between my insurance and this pharmacy. Sitting here as the pharmacy manager as she is explaining a cyber security attack which is unprofessional and irrelevant . My insurance was on the line attempting to work with them and cvs attitude was just dismissive like she was bored. Thank God my insurance has delivery options, just moved here so stopping by location was the closest and what i thought convenient. Would gladly drive 30 mins to avoid this place. Came the other day and a young male associate was pleasant, leadership should mirror his behavior as he was able to share unpleasant news pleasantly
