I’m thankful I chose to shop at this CVS store in Avondale AZ #10229.Ebony the cashier was so sweet kind & helpful with being patient & understanding when I was needing to shop for more items when I was checking out. She allowed me to put my items on the counter so I could keep shopping & not have to carry it all when I needed another item.An employee was near where I was standing & was so nice to turn off the alarm after she helped a man asking a question.Another employee near the pharmacy area by the Amazing Grass greens isle stocking & was kind as well letting me know if I needed anything to let her know. When I asked her where the Qtips were she was very helpful to let me know.I’m not from AZ but can say all 3 employees I encountered were friendly & welcoming to me. I’m thankful I chose to shop at this CVS store in Avondale AZ #10229. Keep up the great job you all ?

Very discouraged I questioned a pharmacy technician about a medication for a condition that has been putting me in pain for 2 weeks He then asked the pharmacist just to get rid of me. She said they do not carry it. I found it on the shelf on my way out thanks a lot c v s

Always had good service at this location for pharmacy. Sometimes there is a line and or a wait but that's expected. Always was greatest and didn't have any problems. I can't remember her name but the girl with dragon ball z tattoo on her arm was always friendly and helpful.

I recommend 280 N Avondale Blvd CVS to anyone who needs their scripts filled by a knowledgeable professional pharmacist. I’ve been coming to this location ever since they opened years ago. Cedar and Kari are the most loving caring intelligent pharmacists I’ve ever had the pleasure doing business with. They catch things my doctor hasn’t caught. Thank you CVS Avondale for the love and professionalism behind what you do. I definitely recommend CVS Avondale for any and all prescriptions.Thank you Cedar & Kari ?❤️?

Cedar and Kari are the most compassionate Gals at my CVS. They genuinely care about their customers!!! I cannot say enough great things about these two. They go above and beyond to help out their customers. I will NEVER EVER go anywhere else to get my prescriptions filled. Since this CVS opened by my house, my heart is at ease knowing that my scripts will be filled. Thank you to my CVS Pharmacy Technician Team You Gals ROCK ‼

Usually good yesterday, sucked. No one to assist in the store. Pharmacy is why I visited and the first person was not nice or helpful in fact she was very condescending. My prescription was missing the last time I visited and the Pharmacist was kind and called me the next day. I came to pick it five days later which the pharmacist said she would extend it's pick up time a week.Yesterday, the young lady acted as if I was the problem.Bad experience overall on my last visit.

I will never deal with CVS again. There's nothing like being told that it would be better for them if I never came back when I confronted them about their lousy service and said I was going somewhere else. A couple other customers were sitting in line for 25 min. outside and another 15 inside. Most of the little girls behind the pharmacy counter were on their cell phones while their customers were waiting for the prescriptions. The hold up outside was a customer sitting in line in front of the window while they were on their cell phone and no one inside asked them to move. Every month I had to call my own monthly prescription in because I received no message that it was waiting for me.

My paraphrasing of Hanlon's Razor..."Never ascribe to malice what can just as easily be explained by incompetence." Which means to me when I need a life saving blood thinner 3 hours after being released from the hospital for a heart attack that it is incompetence and not hatred of me when they send me to another CVS that is closed and when they open the next morning and try to get the medicine it turns out they are unable to transfer my prescription because their computer says your computer is still working on it. Not transferring it like your employees told me the day before but working on it. So I come back to your pharmacy and wait in line for 15 minutes when it is my turn I let them know that I cannot get my prescription until they spend 5 seconds to mark my prescription NOT being worked on. Any comments? If their reason was they forgot it then my answer will be the very definition of incompetence, except not so polite.

Rude workers, unorganized and stupid. I just received a paper that gave the side affects on a medicine I've been taking for years. I had 14 out of 17 side affects. I never received that information before.

Changing my review because I believe places change such as during my most recent visit for a decongestant.The lady who helped me was very friendly and helped me find a decongestant to help with my otherwise uncontrollable congestion/allergies that I’ve battled for a couple of weeks now. I understand that it’s something highly regulated, but I’m thankful that it seems to be doing its job for a CVS brand.Overall, the people were friendly, and their version of decongestant seems to work even if it took 6 hours for it to take full effect on me.Thanks CVS! I haven’t had this much relief and you were very helpful in helping me find a decent solution.

I've just transferred my prescriptions from another Pharmacy to this location in Avondale near my place...The service here here has been great and the staff was able to answer all my questions... They're courteous and friendly

I prefer a person to check me out. Today there was no one around. Had to Yell HELLO. Somebody finally came. Seems like the employees have relied too much on the self checkout rather than the personal touch.
